Good foods that have active beneficial fungi?

After a heavy antifungal cure I’m looking to repopulate my gut with good fungi. Struggling to find good info online, and most probiotics are only bacteria. What are some foods that have probiotic yeasts?

Is Saccharomyces Boulardii really the only thing we can take for our mycobiome's health?

I love Saccharomyces Boulardii but its weird that there is only one pro-fungi out there. There must be more. Any ideas?

I did make a Saccharomyces Boulardii blueberry ferment the other day and it is great! I use it in my Reuteri/Bulargi mix yogurt in the morning, 2 spoons. It has the blueberry taste but without the sweetness because the sugar was eaten by the Boulardii. (30 hours @ 36C)
