/r/Fungi
I am looking for decent pictures of this species, preferably from South West England to publish on a web app which will help farmers and landowners implement nature recovery on their land. We have a list of priority species and this is the only species where I cannot find an image with an open license that we can use. Have checked GBIF, iNaturalist etc.
Can anyone send me a link for a good image that we can use with an open license please? Happy to credit obviously.
Thanks
This is 100x micrograph of a skin sample and the only thing I can think of is a fruiting body. Anyone have an opinion?
Hi, biology teacher in Vanuatu here.
I'm here since a few months so still not up to date with the local flora knowledge.
One of my students find this on a dead tree in her native island (Tanna) and while I presume it's a fungus (rough paper like texture), I never saw any even close than this one, real life or online.
All my usual ressources for finding out weren't helpful.
Any idea or help? Thanks !
Anyone know what I'm looking at here?
Found in my garage, on a steel bed frame/wood skirting board. When I moved the bed frame it sporulated
Are these dangerous
I spotted this in our garden after heavy rains. Just want to know if it’s poisonous.
These brown clusters were found in the Puget Sound region of the western US on stems of Rubus, Ceanothus, and Cirsium plants.
Just to be 100% sure!
Uk, growing out of a felled oak.
