Cancer - a group of diseases involving abnormal cell growth with the potential to invade or spread to other parts of the body. Not all tumors are cancerous; benign tumors do not spread to other parts of the body. Possible signs and symptoms include: a new lump, abnormal bleeding, a prolonged cough, unexplained weight loss, and a change in bowel movements, among others. While these symptoms may indicate cancer they may also occur due to other issues. There are over 100 different known cancers that affect humans. Wikipedia: Cancer

Recently, I received the news that I have cancer, and I'm facing an unexpected challenge in opening up to my family about it. The weight of the diagnosis, coupled with the fear of their reaction, has created an overwhelming sense of vulnerability that's making it incredibly difficult to broach the subject. I don't want to be a burden to them.
Has anyone else experienced this sense of fear when sharing their cancer diagnosis? If so, how did you manage to overcome this feeling, and how did you avoid being a burden to them all?
Moreover, for those who found it challenging to share their diagnosis with family, how did you muster the courage to have that conversation? Any advice on making that initial step would be incredibly valuable.
I'm in need of advice, encouragement, or simply a virtual shoulder to lean on. Thank you for being a supportive community, and I'm grateful for any insights you can offer.

However, today we noticed a pimple on her head close to where they operated her, it's like it's contain liquid. We are probably panicking for nothing but just wanted to share and hear your thoughts.
