It is almost as if there is a contest taking place to see who can be the most irritating.
Hey, I have literally 0 information about the restaurant and the photo is very generic... but would anybody be able to tell which restaurant is this? For context, a friend and I ate here once on vacation but we both forgot the place.
I live in a town with a law enforcement agency that just wants to get by and do nothing. Is there somewhere I can report people abusing animals that will actually get looked into it and investigated?
Hello are there any neighborhoods or streets that does Christmas lights, in the Roswell, Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Milton, Woodstock, Duluth, or any areas in North Fulton. I plan to go tonight with my family, I already have a list but it's just houses. Im looking for subdivisions, neighborhoods, streets or towns, that does Christmas lights all around that you can drive through or walk. Thank you guys and happy holidays!
My highschool in coweta county has just allowed a student to create a club for conservatives. Because of this, we requested a club for liberals, but that was rejected. I'm thinking of complaining to my vice principal to either accept it or get the other club dissolved, and idk what other steps id take afterward but I'm just not well versed in the rules and am unsure if I should even bother. Theres no way they can just have one politcal party for a club and not the other.
EDIT: wanted to add that i dont even think they should have ever made clubs for political parties, because of how negative the topic can be. A friend ended up countering the club by writing a formal proposal to my (public) school which was then rejected. After i learned that it was rejected, my friend didnt know if she should take action but i believe she or i should make it an issue. I dont know every detail to the story so soon ill update with that. It wasnt just some shoddy request for a club for liberals. And also everyone is calling me a bot noo!! Also im in my last semester of my senior year so im not sure if i should even bother anymore but i think this is a real issue my friend should take on, so i came here for some advice so please go away if all youre gonna do is insult a minor!!
EDIT AGAIN: NO i did not go to the school and say if we get one they should get one EVERYONE IS MISINTERPRETING WHAT I MEANT!!! I also only called it metro atl bc my dad calls it that but i realize hes wrong, so its coweta county. No i didnt just go up to the officials tp argue about that club it was a formal proposal without mention of a conservative club, following the same process as any other club. When break is over my friend will propose it to the actual principal this time but if it doesnt work out, well probably follow some of the advice you guys gave and i rlly appreciate it all.
suddenly came down with a terrible craving but i dont have the patience to make it myself. id prefer to stay in the metro atlanta area but im willing to go on an adventure if it means some good soup. love you 🫶
Hi everyone, I was trying to see if anyone knows of any social groups online that does outings in the metro Atlanta area (Henry/Clayton/Fayette)? I'm 20F and I previously used to be in a group called "Introverted Girlfriends" and I enjoyed the outings a lot, but the age difference was a little bit awkward since I was the youngest with everyone else being 30+ and some of the people seemed uncomfortable with it too. Thank you so much!
Does anyone have any experience with the georgia medicaid for pregnant women? Good or bad would be appreciated! I qualify but I’m wondering if I should buy healthcare instead to have better options for doctors and tests.
They were found unconscious after intentional OD and ambulanced to the er. They shouldn’t be discharged. Any recourse?
I’ve gone 4 times now and the officer has been a no show and there have been 20+ cars in the lot waiting every time.
Is there another address outside of Atlanta I can go to to get this done?
I hear the outside is bustling in the summer, but is it the same this time of year?
So I’m in Dekalb county and my mortgage next year will go up ~$200 since there will be an escrow shortage, is it advisable to pay it upfront?
I have about close to $1800 in escrow difference. My lender said I’ll have to pay close to $1300 a month but get this, if I pay upfront I’ll only pay ~$1100, so I tally up the difference and it’s only half of the $1800 shortage in savings over 12 months. Basically an increase of an additional $900 for next year. Is there a way to appeal next time the property taxes audit comes around to lower it or will it just continue to go up??
In total, Hurricane Helene will cost Georgia’s economy at least $5.5 billion in agricultural and timber losses, according to preliminary damage assessments produced in coordination with the UGA College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, the UGA Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources, the Office of Gov. Brian P. Kemp, the Georgia Department of Agriculture, and the Georgia Forestry Commission. This figure represents the sum of direct crop losses, losses to firms that support agriculture and forestry, losses to workers in those and related industries, as well as likely recovery and restoration costs that firms in these industries will face.
