Though not a part of the LGBT community, I'm supportive of them and don't want to attend a church where others are alienated. I'm looking for a church in the Acworth/Kennesaw area, preferably no more than 30 minutes from the intersection of Hwy 41 and Acworth Due West Rd.

I grew up attending a small-town, Southern Baptist Church, so that lean is my preference, but I'm open to other churches, as well.

Any help for me?

Hey everyone. I'm looking to rent a room in Acworth. I'm currently paying $700/mo but looking for somewhere a bit more comfortable. Preferably a private bathroom as well, but thats not a necessity.

About me: 31yo male. No kids, no pets. I don't smoke cigarettes. I'm 420 friendly, but can definitely keep it away from the house if needed. Quiet, clean, friendly but truthfully qe probably won't interact a ton. I stay out most of the time either working or visiting family. If I am home, I'm probably shelled up in my room strumming my guitar(I don't play loud). I don't care to sign a lease or be locked into anything. I prefer to just be communicative. If I were to move out I'd give you a couple of months warning so you could prepare, and would hope to get the same in return if you needed me to leave.

I don't have pets of my own but don't mind if you do. I don't mind if you have children either. But would prefer a place with just adults.

I'm moving out of Georgia and to Colorado where things are a little more current. Things sold over the counter there are felonies here. Those vapes everyone likes are felonies in Georgia. The rest of the world is joining the 21 century but Ga is still ruining lives for a agricultural product that is proven healthful and who's main side effects are cancer mitigation and joy. Some where a bail of marijuana may have fallen onto someone resulting in their death but not once has someone died from partaking. Alcohol kills more people than the next top three vices combined but people have learned not to drink and drive as much and the business of law is a bit stagnant. Those for profit prisons aren't going to fill themselves! No sir we gotta have ridiculously outdated and backward law along with a complicit judiciary to do that and that they will do. We don't manufacture much in GA anymore but half the population here are law enforcement and the other half are under investigation.

We'll be driving through soon on our way to Florida & thought we'd try & find a nice town near, but not in, Atlanta to stop in on the way. Our plan is to get up early on the Sunday morning we head to Florida to drive through Atlanta at a day/time we assume will be the most practical for less traffic. I’ve 10 years of experience in Software but absolutely no retail experience. I’m most comfortable behind a screen, outdoors, back room, stocking or anything mindless but open to others as well.

This rant is relevant to Acworth, especially in regards to the highschool I had attended.

My name is Eric. I had attended a highschool from 9-10 grade. I was a student that had been enrolled in special education and was treated poorly by my fellow students and teachers. Some of you may know me as the "retard" that "bit" a famous highschool football star. That was not the case. I had been seen as a freak by my own peers and teachers, which I eventually had seen myself the same way. I had been put on the wrong medications in which my appetite would be massive and would do almost anything for lunch money. Whether it be my fellow peers making me eat disgusting food combinations such as chocolate milk poured over mashed potatoes and chocolate milk and hot sauce combined. There was this game my fake friends would play with me which was called (Ledford ball). I would be passed the basketball until I successfully shot one in the basket. I had to humiliate myself just to fit in with my peers. My special education IEP manager did not seem to take his job seriously and thought that a Technical certification would suffice instead of a diploma. I had eventually left the state for a somewhat better education in which I had obtained my highschool diploma. I had never been so appalled by the treatment that was shown to me at my highschool by my peers and sadly enough the teachers themselves. They believed I was a failure and then I had believed their lies until just recently. I was in the wrong environment in which I could flourish and had successfully left Cobb county and all together the state of Georgia.

The actual diagnosis I had was NVLD. This is coming from my IEP. My GPA at its lowest was 0.00 and my highest was a 2.78 GPA.

I am doing better but my memories have been flooding back about my past. This post is to show people that people can endure almost anything and to tell people of what has actually happened. Some of you may even know who I am but not the whole story.

I have a question pertaining to a former gt football alumni member that was also a native of Acworth. He had apparently been in a fatal DUI that he had caused. Is he still serving time for the DUI I had committed or is he a free man? I ask because I went to the same highschool he had attended and at the same time.
