Hello. Looking for tips on any great spots in north Georgia that would serve as a great proposal spot? Prefer it to be mostly private with little to no people as the lady & I are quite shy. Waterfalls, overlooks, etc… Any places that can be recommended by locals but are unknown to tourists! Big fans of the Clayton Ga area we visit there a lot & fell in love there!
Best hiking trails in north GA?
Hello I'm going to be spending the next week in Dublin, GA. I'm mostly be working during the day but would absolutely love to find a trail or two nearby so I can get outside and hike a bit. Ideal distance would be 2-8 miles.
I don't mind walking on a road if there is nothing close but was hoping someone may know of a few good trails. Thank you to anyone who replies.

I’ve been hitting the Duncan Ridge loop, 56 miles (I heard it’s also called the Ga loop). 80 miles if you start from Amicalola falls. The Cohutta wilderness has a figure 8 loop that’s just under 50 miles that is also nice. I have maps and GPX files if anyone is interested. Does anyone have any 50-100 mile loops they love?
