I received a letter in the mail this afternoon informing me that Dr. Titus Taube is retiring today and the office will be open until 2/28/25, so records can be picked up and current medical needs are met.

It’s like having unlimited whiplash and I know a lot of people are having a hard time right now. EDIT #2 : for the people who have asked genuine questions and for those who are willing to help me, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. i appreciate every single one of you who took the time to reach out and say you’ll give a helping hand. but it has become increasingly clear to me that others do not have any ounce of empathy for other people. so you pretend that everything is okay and you keep on turning a blind eye while others are suffering. when it comes around for your turn to be the victim, please do not say we were right. please do not try and change your views. keep them and remember they are the reason for the downfall that will happen. do your research and educate yourself.

Looking for any suggestions on shops or local artists that do great work on darker skin. I have virgin skin and look forward to getting my first tattoo but I keep reading about how it’s important to get an artist who understands the importance of shading on dark skin.

Me and my wife are in the market for a house but im not familiar with the area. What are generally the areas you want to avoid. Also ive noticed several houses going up for sale in Centerville, is there a reason for this? Usually when i see a bunch of houses going up for sale arnd 1 area it raises a few red flags.

We're getting ready to do some work on our house - it's got a lot of stuff that needs to be done in the coming months, but we're looking for someone that knows how to fix garage doors. We have a two-door one here that needs to be fixed. As long as that works out. we'd like to talk about other stuff that needs to be fixed - new fence needs to go up, we are also looking at adding and repairing gutters and we have an inground pool that will need to be brought back to working order -- and that's probably going to be the one that will need a lot of work.

(We already know about Mr Ceiling Fan and will be contacting them - we are just looking to share the work.)

Hello there! Me again. I am wanting to adopt a new dog for me and my family. My old pitbull mix is starting to age, and while he is good with cats and people, he needs a good puppy to raise. As someone intrested in dog training, I'm very invested in their wellfare and can promise I'm going to do my best to care for them and always provide activity at a daycare center. I am not wanting to buy from and contribute to puppy mills if possible, or to any animal mutilation. I am looking to adopt.

I have decent experience with dogs and work out, so I can handle decently stronger dogs, just not super mega ones. I am wanting to adopt one as a family dog, and for training and socialization, and of course, good ole protection.

I am looking for these breeds in specific: Pitbull or any pitbull mix Mixed Doberman German shepard

Some less desired but decently close doggies: rottweiler mixes, border collies, husky mixes, weimairner

I’m In a bad place, but I’m up beat. My wife left in May, I lost my job back in June; Ive exhausted my savings and am living on my VA compensation, and in two days im going to be homeless. I’m moving my things in a storage now. I’m not upset about that.

I want to start over. I want to rent, instead an apartment, an office space… I have a vision… but i don’t have good credit and im not from here, i don’t have family here… a decent office space is all i need to start over and get back on my feet. I’d rather spend my money on some sort of business.
