I am a new mycologist I had these grow bags going for a little under a mouth when will I start seeing g pens
Found them by the tree line in my backyard. I have no clue about mushrooms, so I’d like to know what these are called. Thank you!
I found some oysters in the woods bit i want to give them some more time to grow. It is supposed to get down the 34 tonight. Do you think they will be alright overnight or should I go ahead and harvest them?
Aesthetically arranging mushrooms in my woods in order to display the diversity for artistic purposes.
The pink cicada fungus is likely an undescribed species within the Ophiocordyceps sobolifera group.
The ant killer is O. camponoti-floridani.
The white specimens are ants infected with O. c-f., also infected with Niveomyces (probably N. coronatus).
These are growing in my grandmother's garden. I know nothing about mushrooms and toadstools and I'm really curious about what type these are. I tried image searching on Google but couldn't find a definitive answers thought I'd try here.
