How to inoculate a sealed grain bag without injection port. No need to cut the bag or reseal anything. Poke the needle through the plastic on the upper third of the bag, inject your culture, grab your solid scotch tape (not micropore), then remove the needle and immediately cover the hole.

Purchased another round from TMFmicroscopy and of course as always extremely pleased and the customer service is even better. Had some issues with shipping that WERE NOT TMF's fault it was issues with USPS and the storms going around so I messaged TMF and received a very quick response with updates on the package. A few days after I sent the first email TMF then emailed me asking if I had received the package yet and that they would make it right if I do not receive it. Bagging hundreds of grain bags by hand to fill our autoclave was a time-consuming process, requiring 2-3 people. Within a year of doing this weekly, we realized we needed a more efficient solution to save time and reduce labor.
After some research online, we found an American-made bagging machine by logical machines. This machine can weigh any increment up to 10 pounds, with quick and simple adjustments on the fly. We’ve used this bagger for over two years without a single issue, and it allows us to produce around 150 bags per hour.
The hopper is deceptively large, holding more than 150 pounds of milo grain when fully loaded. This bagger has made a significant difference in our output and efficiency.
