Late stage contam, why does it keep happening?

So I have attempted to grow tidal wave 3 times now and every time as soon as the hyphal knots/early pins form, it stalls, and 2 days later a big ass spot of trich appears. I was gifted this genetic on grain spawn and have since sent it back to agar and transfered multiple times. It even pinned and fruited on the plates I haven't sent so obviously it's a strong genetic. All of my other grows have gone fine. Is it possible trich is just intermingled with the mycelium in a way that it does not show up on the agar plate? I'm really at a loss here and it's driving me nuts

Does it look okay? Ready for grain?

It's my first tranfer from lightly contaminated plate. Unfortunately I didn't write down when I did the agar to agar but it has been many weeks. A lot of condensation in the edge but I have stored it upside down. Does it look okay? All advice welcome.

Weevil worries

Those little black floaty fucks are weevils and they seem to have fully infested my 50lb sack of grain. In anticipation of this possibility I did add a few cups of diatomaceous earth to the grain to kill off any would be pests, but there is still a not insignificant amount of grain damage from the weevils.

Are these damaged grains going to be a likely vector of contam akin to burst grains? Should I just scrap all of my grain and buy some from a different source? Or should I just run it and see what happens?

Cobweb or 2 separate mycelium colonies?

The bright white looks like it would/could have been good. Not sure about the puffy dull white toward the top of the tub. It seems more “airy”/puffy compared to what I’m used to seeing!

What could this contamination be on my Shiitake plate?

Looking for tentative ID on this green(orange?) mold. Thinking it’s related to sterile technique, but a number of liquid culture syringes have produced similar results.

Thanks

I have no idea what these threadlike things are. They just appeared on what seems to be an uncolonized spot.

Should I have these in the fridge after inoculating?

I see growth. I just stir plated them after about a week and there’s definitely growth but it seems slow. Should they be on the fridge or no? Also I f’d up and only used 1 cc so that will probably make it slower. Just wondering really about the fridge temp. I don’t like things being in the fridge that long then letting it stay out in room temp so they will probably stay where there at but looking for info. (The cloudiness is from opening the fridge it’s still hot in my area. But there’s tons oflittle bitty myc pieces in there)

Is this contam, fam?

Is that yellow thing contamination or piss? Because in my other tube i saw the same color where a puddle of water gather over mycelium and it spilled when i moved the tub.

WET ROT ADVICE NEEDED

Hello. I have a wet-rot epidemic and I don't understand why!

I am using wheat. Add wheat grains into cold water. Bring the water to a boil for 25-30mins. Then leave them drying until they are dry (numerous hours drying). I sterilise the grain for 1.5-2 hours. Then I leave to cool to room temperature. I inoculate using an flow hood.

I then put them into incubation boxes which maintain a temp of 25*C with a temp sensor. Recently I have have been filling the incubator boxes completely. Is this where I am going wrong. I am getting almost 100% wet rots.

What do you guys think? Is the incubator temp too high? Am I over filling the incubator boxes? I don't think it is the cooking process or sterilisation which is causing this issue.
