No contam ?
So I started these two agar plates from the same syringe almost 2 weeks ago. No contamination, which is good! But there’s also no activity from the syringe, which isn’t really good. Any advice on what to do with them? Should I try a different syringe? Or s or should they be thrown away? hould they be thrown away? Totally open to suggestions.

Pink blotch. What do you think it is?
I had a good first flush and finished up drying my fruits earlier this week. I cut the cake into pieces to let the side pins grow. this pink blotch showed up so I threw it in the trash.

One week - no growth on agar
Used 321 ptg agar recipe plus some yeast, tomorrow will be one week since I innoculated the 7 agar plates, yet to see any growth, normal?

Are these APE fruits rotting?
This is my first time growing APEs so I'm not sure if it's normal for the caps to start looking like this while they're still very firm. I'd really rather not have to harvest them early or cut one open to check it because each gram is money in my pocket.

Was wondering. Can I take a little of the mycelium growing up the side of the tub and add to agar. Is there more chance of contamination doing this. Tia

I was so extremely sterile while inoculating and my bags in a Vivosun tent with a filter. I just did a break and shake after, but looking at this vid with flash I think it might be fucked. 😭 I’m 17 days in
