A place to get genus/species identification from pictures of fruiting bodies! It helps to include good quality pictures of the mushroom in it's native environment, the location you found them, photos of both the top and underside. It is also useful to know what the mushroom was growing on - wood, dung or on the ground? Nearby trees are also helpful to know.

The more information you provide the more confident our ID's will be!

Can you help me identify this mushroom?

I think the choice is between Ramaria Pallida and Ramaria Flava. Found it in Italy around June

Chicken of the woods?

First time finding so just making sure. Found in Missouri pretty close to a dying tree. Curious that it's growing more out of the ground than on wood?
