Now here's an interesting scenario surprised nobody has done by now. How would wrong warping Zelda manually to a predetermined warp zone (via hacking) or something affect the rest of the game now that she doesn't have the silly Tri fairy/her powers and most of all Link's cloak. Would it be smooth sailing all the way or a bunch of broken stuff due to missing actors/scripts not being fulfilled correctly/at all.etc

Remember in the OG the game doesn't really begin till the King has his little 'vacation' in Ganon's malice land and Zelda unlocks the map which is all 'fogged' out or something till you uncover the things you need to do and solve the main quests.

I never played it yet but have seen the beginnings and it got me going on this as most of the game is tied to post malice that takes over the castle which Zelda escapes having to clear her name and helps other parts of Hyrule solve their problems affected by it.

I'm orgnizing my games in folders and have no idea where to place this one. In the "Nintendo Switch games that remaster, remake, emulate, or port WiiUgames. Virtural Consle Included." Or "Nintendo Switch games originals"

So i have used Nintendo music ever since it came out. I use it when I playing video games or when I build Legos but one of my biggest problems is that there’s only 2 Zelda games to listen to. Nintendo has only added 2 more games to the library that’s not Zelda games as of now so it will probably take some time before they add a new Zelda game but when they do which one should they add?

I know several of you didn't enjoy Tears of the Kingdom and it's gotten a lot of discourse on this subreddit, so instead of asking about that, let's talk about ideas for a new Zelda game. We know everyone always says something like "they could've done more with the dungeons" but what exactly does that mean? Longer playtime? More Enemies? More intricate puzzles? People complained about the story, but again what exactly did you want the Zelda team to expand on? Deeper narratives? More in depth backstories to the characters? Let me know what your ideal Zelda game looks like.

I’ve played lots of zelda games and loved the series, but I have never played a Hyrule Warriors game. is age of calamity worth it?

Almost done with the NES legend of zelda and want to plaplay through the series to botw and totk, looking ahead the second NES zelda game looks different and it got me wondering if some games aren't worth the time now. My question is what games in the series are "must plays" and which ones would you recommend skipping?

On my fourth temple now with lightning (air, fire, and water completed). And no boss compares to how hard this Queen Gibdo is. Two hits, and I'm dead.

I've been getting better with my bows & arrows, but even a 21+ hit weapon barely does anything after hitting it with Riju's lightning-assisted arrow. I essentially have to play a marathon flawless game at this stage.

Before I give up, start a quest of pure grindage, and come back with twice as many hearts, weapons, potions, etc., I just want to know if there is anything I'm missing? Because both my attack and defense seem super low in spite of beating 3 temples against this boss.

Guys im a new zelda games player i started it with wind waker and finished it and rn im playing twilight princess and im almost gonna finish it. My question is shall i play skyward sword right after it ? Or i shall skip to breath of the wild Because unlike the changes from ww to tp , ss feel so similar to tp in many aspects and i dont think she has a lot of improvmenets on the tp gameplay and i think i will get bored since ss doesnt seel to have some major changes that would gimme a new experience unlike botw

Recently i started getting into emulation and i saw there was a 3DS emulator, i also downloaded Hyrule Warriors: Legends for said emulator and recently have been LOVING it, this game is literally peak fiction

I get to play as Lore Accurate Link and enjoy a banging soundtrack at the same time?!?! Sign me the hell up

I guess I never realized how tall FD Link is. I don't remember OoT adult Link being this much taller than most of the NPCs.

Hey everyone! I wanted to share this awesome project ive been working on here where I thought people might like it, its a Zelda D&D Series on youtube based completely on Skyward Sword. I got my best friend to play the main role and hes never played a Zelda game before, so thats pretty fun. I honestly had a lot more to say when I first tried to post this, but it got auto removed cause I forgot the title tag (lol)

Hey sorry if this has already been asked but i’m currently undecided about whether to play OOT and MM on switch online or to get the 3ds copies. I really want to get the 3DS copies as the 3DS is one of my childhood consoles, and i love collecting so having the physical copies of the remakes would be awesome, but i’m unsure if the remakes are better or worse. I know the graphics are definitely better, but i’ve heard stuff such as MM zora swimming are messed up- so, what do you guys thinks are the cons of the remakes and how impactful do you think they are on gameplay? i’ve never played either game before, so i’m excited to jump into them as i’m working through mainline zelda games.

So a friend and I ship two random characters (we don't know the other one) and I wanted to draw Tingle in the jojo part 6 style. Didn't expect them to look like a girl, it's not bad just not what I was expecting. I kinda like it so should I continue? (I didn't draw the background, we found it on Pinterest and are basing the drawing off of that)

I never played this game as a child/teen, I'm in my 20s. I've finished Oot, Botw, Totk, TP, and SS so far. And now this.

The game is good, a great game. I love the artstyle, music and it feels smooth as hell even today. But overall, I have to place it lower than all other 3D Zelda titles (I'm 1/3rd through MM and its amazing so far)

CONS:

Its too easy to spam attacks.

Rupees aren't worth much. The game gives you so many hearts and items constantly I barely had to buy anything at all.

I reaaally disliked the infamous Shard Quest. It broke the flow of the game and had me ripping my eyes out because I was so lost.

The sea is empty, and not only is it empty, buts too large, and its negatively affected by how slow the boat is, EVEN after the Upgrade. Thankfully we do get a teleport mode later on.

Most dungeons weren't that memorable for me. They all seemed kinda samey in design.

I really think the game could benefit from being 20% smaller in size, both as a game and as a map.

Overall, its still a good Zelda game, just definitely my least favorite of the 3D ones and one I CANNOT see myself playing again.

I was pretty basic and the horse I used to storm Hyrule Castle was the white horse descended from Zelda's steed.

At the time fairly certain it didn't have a name so just stole the name Storm from the old Zelda Comics as the name of Zelda's horse from there.

What did you guys name your main horse in these games?

It really seems to break the rules of every branch, and couldn't possibly fit at the end

I actually honestly can’t remember a time when another Zelda DID cry. Crying was a big issue for BotW’s Zelda, but perhaps the other incarnations of her WOULD have, if they’d had the frames of animation to do so.

Because, you know, when bad stuff happens in real life you tend to watch dramatic moments from media that you love? I’d also like to know the answer, though, that is has any other incarnation of Zelda cried?
