Hi, I know it might be silly to ask, but I want to clear my doubt. Is there any service or place where I can request a replica of a Game Boy? And I’m not referring to a customized one, but one created from scratch.

I mod my Game Boy Special. I really like this mod but unfortunately the mod pushes the glass out a bit, even though I made room for the cables.

Hey guys and gals I can’t seem to find the post but I know you can hardwire the CHS IPS screen to the pocket power switch I believe? It says just the wrap it around the power terminal but I want a better install. Can someone link me or just tell me where to solder? lol thanks

Hello!

I've just finished up a Gameboy Macro XL mod, and all went well, but I've an issue where I only get sound via the headphones, but not the speaker.

I tried with the original (DS) speaker and a brand new Switch speaker, and still nothing. I'm confident in my soldering, and have tested for continuity (across the wires, to the speaker), and all checks out fine.

Anyone any ideas?

Pokemon Green repo cart. It's obviously a GBA board, and is populated with MX29LV320EBTI-70G ROM and IDT71V256SA15YI SRAM chips. Weird part, the save seems to be part of the ROM. When I extract the ROM and open it in VBA it already has the save data and generates a .sav file from that. I've tried some online guides to try and force a save into the ROM via savestates but VBA just hangs. Are there any other ways to inject a save into this ROM?
