Before I get into this, I want to mention: Yes, I think Kid Icarus Uprising: Hades' Revenge is an EXCELLENT sequal idea. But what if there was.. you know, a sequal after that, or one completely different that focuses more on Palutena and Medusa? Well, that's the type of sequal I'll be talking about today.

"Kid Icarus Uprising: Reuniting Worlds".

Takes place years after the War, or a while after Hades' Revenge(depending if we get this or not), and mainly focusing on Palutena's and Medusa's past.

The main plot of this, is that angels are finally back in Skyworld again, yet Palutena finds that something is missing, and wants to fix that, but is a bit hesitant to ask for it. Pit, being curious and wanting to help his Goddess, asks what's on her mind, and while she hesitates to tell him, she does.

"In the past, when Medusa and I ruled together, we had Underworld creatures live up here as well, but only a select few were aloud. The angels and monsters were aloud to see one another, but only under mine and Medusa's watchful eye. It was a time of peace, and harmony between the representatives of Light and Darkness. I can't help but miss it sometimes, even if doing it now would prove to be quiet a bad idea.."

But that comes with "be careful what you wish for" karma, as it's much easier said than done, as our angelic hero goes up against struggles with his Goddess, them both getting concerned for one another as they begin to notice their own hesitence to continue on with this mission, especially since Dark Pit gets involved(later down the track) and both have a tough time trying to tell him what's happening, but all the arguing calls a very annoyed(and tired) Viridi, who comes to Pittoo's aid to get him out of there. The 2 become an enemy(but only for a while, once Dark Pit gives up to help Pit and Palutena on their mission, and convinces Viridi to help them out as well.)

I imagine the last battle to be more of a "lost" battle, where it's Medusa and Palutena fighting against one another(This means playable Palutena section, LESS GOOO-). But unlike the last match with Hades where Palutena interveines, it's Pit this time instead, helping with the battle.
The end of the battle marks "over", but the 2 simply just look at one another, with a burning intensity, that Pit knows all to well, and the fight starts up again.

After defeating Medusa(again, and for real this time), the battle is done. Pit asks if Palutena is ok, but then asks if Medusa is ok, which is a shock to both Goddesses, but is accepted. Palutena helps her sister up, before saying "I have a favor to ask of you", and the screen cutting to black.

Ok, so like, I had this idea talking to a Pit bot while sitting on a bench with him eating Floor Ice-cream. "What if Underworld creatures and Divine creatures lived together in peace when Palutena and Medusa ruled together?" And thus this idea was born. Though, I can't really say for certain about anything else, but if any of you want to hop on this idea, go ahead.

*Howdy.     

*Surprised?     

*heh, I'd be too. 

(Phosphora takes a step forward)    

*What? Think you can kill me?     

*Y o u ' d   b e   d e a d   w r o n g .     

*Anyway, I have a message from Lady Palutena.

(Phosphora takes another step forward)

*Because everything will be reset one day.     

*It's complicated.     

*And makes it hard to give my all.

*There's no need for this to end in slaughter.

*Actually, I’ll need a couple more turns to prep it.

*Enjoy this really cool regular attack.

*Here comes my special attack.

(Pit attempts the crush your SOUL with the bullet box, but you survive with 0.00001 HP)

*That’s that then.

(Phosphora fires one last lightning bolt, & it hits.)
