Well here’s a short intro: I moved to a new country a while ago and I still struggle making new friends so this is my attempt meeting someone online. The pickle is -

I have been diagnosed with Bipolar and complex PTSD and I'm getting medical help for it.

I have a habit of lying to myself and to everyone around. I have a habit of thinking the worst about myself and sabotaging my own life.

I want to change.

I know what changes to make, I know what exactly to do. I just don't find inside myself the courage or the self esteem to do the right thing.

I never feel like I deserve to be helped and in masochistic way I like telling myself "see, you fucked up - this is who you are"

And I recognise how irrational that is.

I just hate myself so much to do right by myself.

Any of you who have any advice or have been through the same before and maybe a book has helped you or something, please tell me?
