This is the most festive holiday season ever! This is my first holiday season on RAoC so it’s been so amazing to see all of the amazing cards throughout the last couple of weeks. You’re all so awesome and you make me smile so much. I also really enjoy seeing my husband’s face light up when he opens the mailbox and brings the cards over (he gets the mail since I’ve been too lazy to make my own mailbox key so we only have one). He’ll hand me a card to read and if I don’t open it right that instant he’ll stare at me since he just wants to see the card so much too! I love that you’ve all given me this sweet hobby to share with my most favorite person.
Here’s all the thanks to the coolest card senders:
Thank you all again for your thoughtfulness and for being the most awesome people.
To celebrate the official start of winter, I went through my stash and pulled out some postcards with snowy scenes which I’d like to decorate and send out! To claim, just message or chat me your address. Open to anyone in the US. And you can give me a prompt if you want :)
Thank you to u/BellaisOnline for being my first card exchange on RAoC. Thank you for the lovely Christmas cards and stickers. I used a few of them to brighten up my niece and nephew's Christmas card! I hope that you have a wonderful festive period!

Have a great day!

This offer is open to flaired active members of the sub. To request please comment with your country and tell me if you are running late on any holiday tasks or if you’re all ready for the holiday. (I haven’t even begun to wrap presents haha)

Leave a comment and I will dm you this evening ! The first 3 will receive. 🩵❄️
u/jaimekj
Thank you for the sweet Christmas card and your thoughtful note, and all the stickers, too. Wishing you a happy and healthy new year.
u/kk6321
Thank you so much for your card. When I pulled it out of the envelope I was so excited to see that it was hand crafted. Thank you, and Merry Christmas.
Dear u/spookysadghoul I have received your kind Christmas card! Those small stickers are cute. All the best for you.
Hi all, I’m newish here so please let me know if I’m doing anything wrong. My daughter (10) has outpatient surgery (endoscopy+biopsy) coming up (Jan 3rd) and super scared/nervous. Would anyone be willing to send her a card with words of encouragement, etc. Thank you in advance!
WE HAVE OUR FIRST BINGO WINNER!! Congratulations u/DaenerysWon your prize will be sent out soon! Their Double Bingo has been verified! Thanks for playing - now onto the second winner for a Round Robin - this is all the way around the outside :) Good Luck to all!
Happy Sunday morning everyone!
The next two symbols are from the washi tape people put on their envelopes since their cards only had symbols I have already called.
Hope this puts someone up to win the double BINGO!! Hoping for more cards tomorrow with symbols I can call!
First symbol is the Poinsettia (from DazeyFerry's envelope) and the second one is Snow Globe (which was on washi tape and a sticker from ez330)
Thank you u/DazeyFerry for the vintage Santa Christmas card. What a touching and beautiful Christmas message!
Thank you u/ez330 for the Christmas tree card and the stickers, I love getting stickers to use on envelopes etc! Wishing for a white Christmas :)
Hi! I found out about this sub recently and plan to give back once I am able to, but I could really use a pick me up, at least for a little bit. I deal with a lot of loneliness and am about to enter an extremely stressful period with the end of law school and taking the bar. Receiving cards would be nice as it would feel like people care about me outside of school. I just wanna feel what it's like to have a bit care.
I am offering some cards with mystical, witchy animals on them. The cards are black and the animals are surrounded by leaves, plants, crystals, the moon etc. Solstice has already passed, but I thought these would be fitting anyway as the days between Christmas and the New Year are often considered dark and mystical nights where the veil between the worlds is thinner.
To claim one:
have a European or UK postal address
guess an animal in the comments - if I have that animal on a card, you get the card. If not, you can guess again
I think I'll send up to 4 cards for now.
I posted something on r/twentyonepilots yesterday night and this morning but to no avail.
Yeah well 2 people DMd me. So, that's not that much.
I drew a Christmas related TØP Drawing for a winner of a Give-Away there. But decided to scan the drawing in and print it on high-grade photographic paper, to spread some joy across the community and the world.
But like I said not much interest was shown there. So now, after I received a hint on my post there to put it here. I decided to give it a try here as well.
Short summary of what I posted:
If you want a Christmas card (that is probably not in time for Christmas but anyway), feel free to leave your name and address in my DM. That is safer by just replying with your address here underneath the post! So DON'T do that. 🤣
And if you'd like one and you are a true TØP fan, maybe also add a little something about how you became a fan so I can reflect to that in the card.
I have at this point 53 cards and 55 international stamps left, so I can send anywhere and of course totally free.
I'll give it a try here and if for some reason, there is also not much interest for it here. Specifically if it isn't before Christmas has completely passed. I'll just send back the remaining stamps and keep the rest of the cards for next year! 😅
Hi everyone, while I'd originally intended on being more active this year, life had other, rather extreme plans that led into the worst year ever.
I went from renovating a new-to-us fixer-upper in gleeful excitement with my partner of 11 years, to it suddenly torpedoing into an abusive relationship, losing everything I own, to ending up in a different state entirely where I know no one. I was fortunate to have a WFH job, but got laid off. I don't have a car yet and public transport is practically non-existent, so finding employment isn't gonna be fun. But l'm safe! And counting my blessings.
Life has been extremely discouraging in 2024. I'd appreciate some words of encouragement heading into 2025.
Thank you, and happy holidays!
Thanks for the awesome card and happy holidays!
I have a couple of cards that are unique and specific, and maybe YOU are just the right recipient for them!
I have to offer:
a single kind of sad chanterelle mushroom
illustrations of types of fish
a very pink card with the slightly weird sentiment "But first, LOVE"
If you are flaired and interested, comment below which one you want and then message me your address!
Thank you for all the mail, I'm trying to keep up, I promise everyone will get their Thank Yous though!

u/felineintuition - Thank you for abstract postcard. Yes! Shining is a horror film! 🔪 Merry Creepmas!
u/aepeyc - Thank you for the lovely winter scene card! I agree with you! Every Christmas should always have snow and it doesn't feel magical without it.
u/duttonemelia - Thank you for your lovely and adorable GLITTERY Christmas kittens card! 🐈
u/kk6321 - Thank you for the long PURPLE polar bear card! I love the decorated stickers inside.
u/snerdboff - Thank you for your adorable small gingerbread house card! 🏠 I'm surprised they allow to mail small cards! My post lady forbade me to mail out small Christmas cards! I believe she wouldn't let me mail any less than 4" long cards. 😢
u/otherworldbella - Thank you for your "soulful" card! I love how you decorate the envelope and card with washi tapes!
u/loopyboops707 - Thank you for your cute "knocked down tree by the cat" card! HOLY CANNOLI! I was bombarded with the stickers 'glitter" when I opened it! Sadly, I'm not familiar with some of the anime stickers. I know some were from Mean Girls and Animal Crossing (I'm a big fan!) characters. So awesome of you to give me bunch of random stickers! I love them! 🤞
** I have 4 cards from RAoC but they didn't leave their usernames... So, I'm not sure how to "find" them. Only thing I have was their names/addresses. 🤷♀️
Hey everyone, Ayesha here again. I don’t think i’ve posted on reddit in years. A-lot has changed since then, I graduated in counselling and mental health and i’m now studying a Masters in Counselling. I’m enjoying life right now if i’m being honest, nothing too dramatic or anything intresting but just peaceful (apart from the occasional assignments that pop up).
I feel like im coming ever so close to achieving what I want to be and I know its something that I want to be, a psychotherapist. The goal is there but that wasn’t without a lot of sacrifices along the way. 2 years ago, I had a frustration about the friendship group I had been in for years, they weren’t really supportive of me kept getting me involved in drama. It just became too toxic for my mental health.
The realisation hit that, they had too much time on their hands to always be in childish drama.
I wanted to grow and I wanted the people around me to grow with me.
It’s something I carry around now. It wasn’t something that happened over night but something that I really was thinking about on and off a lot. I do have some days of doubt because I miss the memories we made but it was time to say goodbye.
I haven’t really met friends that I can hang out with and go places with like I use to (because I have no opportunity to). However, I have been part of some amazing gaming communities which I can tell you I have met some life long friends.
It’s my birthday coming up on January 13th, and you’re probably wondering what has this got to do with it. I was wondering if this lovely community which warmed my heart with cards back when I was 20 can now send me cards as i’m hitting 23 years old
Hello beautiful mailers! I am a lucky panda blessed by abundant post but no attention span so thanks is mad brief. Alphabetized:
u/hispanglotexan Beautiful sweet card, v v groovy Santa sticker and wow what mouthwatering food you eat. My holiday tradition is please adopt me I don’t even eat that much😭💕💕
u/PNWndn Thank you for this awesome Seattle holiday card!💕 V. cool
Until next time, thank you all so much! Love you!
Back at it again with delayed thanks. Better late than never, I suppose… 😅 These are all the postcards I’ve received in the past three months since my last thank you post 😳 I hope I got all the usernames correct haha
u/cassopeia88 x2 That’s fun that you got to go to the Calgary Zoo! I have a friend whose favorite animal is otters 😊 and I don’t know much about Calgary, but I’d eventually like to visit one day since my brothers went with some people in our family back when I was in college or something. They went to the stampede there!
u/onetsp I’m glad you enjoyed the postcard that I sent! I sent the other copy of that one to my mom a few months ago when she revealed to me that she didn’t receive any when other family members were telling me they were getting my self-taken photo postcards. Luckily, she did receive this one because it was the last one that I held onto haha I love the colors and the view of Fort Kochi that you sent me~
u/PlentyComfortable239 this card is so adorable!! I’m a sucker for cute illustrations like this~ I love the stickers, too! It was a good fall! We had some early snow toward the end of it, and I was able to go out and take some nice photos when the fall colors mixed in with the snow! I hope your fall was good as well, and that your winter will be fabulous!
u/ninajyang Thank you for the World Postcard Day postcard~ I love the illustration and little facts on it!
u/united_common_1858 I enjoyed getting this postcard as I immediately recognized the artist~ I have a Secret Garden coloring book by them which I picked up back in 2017 when I was living in Taiwan so the instructions are all in Chinese as well as English. I haven’t finished coloring it yet, but I love taking some time to add to it once in a while!
u/fancykiddens Thank you for the card! I have some friends who are going back to California for the holidays so they will be joining you in the warm weather soon! Something you’ll hear a lot from native Koreans in Korea is that Korea has four distinct seasons. It’s true, and something that didn’t really seem that amazing or special to me as my hometown in the US also has four distinct seasons lol right now, it’s very cold, and while others may be struggling with it, I’m not bothered by it because I’ve experience normal winter before 😂 as for TV shows, I myself have been watching mostly reruns when I have time since I have been trying to focus on studying so I don’t want to get invested in anything new haha
u/Jennnnnnnnifer x2 Thank you for both postcards 😊 you have very pleasing handwriting~ that’s cool about the hockey team! My hometown has its own WHL hockey team which is very popular in town
u/Mar_Oceanus thank you for the postcard! Many, many years ago, I used to know someone from Libya. I got to know him through an internship I was doing during college. I love receiving postcards like this because then I can do a little more research about specific areas or places I didn’t know about before. It was interesting to read up on the Red Castle of Tripoli 😊
u/MrsQuasi I enjoyed seeing the cherry tomatoes on this postcard haha I haven’t been able to garden for a couple of years now and dearly miss it. Do you have a favorite kind of tea? Mine would probably have to be earl grey or a peach black tea~
u/rosiealeo1 I hope the cat-kitten situation has improved since you sent this postcard! 😣 I also enjoyed all the different kinds of stamps!
u/stillsheryl thank you for the world postcard day card! I loved the monarch butterfly sticker as like probably many people, it’s my favorite butterfly lol
u/jazzygnu thank you for the card! The stamps are so cute!! I hope you have a good day as well~
u/invalid_crumb I agree about Taiwan having such cute stationery! I’m really only active in this sub when I’m living abroad, and I used to live near a J Mart which had a large selection of cute postcards and stickers on the third floor. It was my go-to place for supplies when I would send postcards from Taiwan lol
u/alyxandr1a thank you for the world postcard day postcard! The card is very cute!! It sounds like you had a good time in your hometown!
u/biladrey I’m glad you enjoyed your time in Seoul! There are a lot of interesting places to visit outside of the capital if you ever come back!
u/mcdeekey I haven’t heard of the company before, but that’s interesting! To be fair though, I’m not a native Korean haha I love your painting! 😊
unknown sender - thanks!
Thank you for sending me these cards. I appreciate your efforts. Happy holidays!
