Hey everyone! I’m 33m just looking for someone to chat with and help pass the time. I work on the road for a renewable energy company which means I spend a lot of time away from home where I know no one. A bit about myself, I enjoy the outdoors (camping, fishing, hunting, kayaking), I love going to the movies, and watching documentaries (I always have random facts on deck). While I’m on the road however, I end up sitting in my Airbnb and watching Netflix, playing my switch, or scrolling reddit until I finally pass out from boredom. Like many of us here, we're looking for that one friend that will join us on our journey through life - someone we can truly get to know, bond with, and see develop over time. I'm sitting here near my desk on a boring evening, composing a post to find that amazing, caring friend. A friend that is understanding, passionate, loyal, loving, and honest. Just all the beautiful, awesome qualities we would like to find in a best friend. • Enjoy various hobbies, such as reading novels, writing poetry, video editing, attempting cooking, gaming, and going to the gym

What qualities do I look for in a friend?

• Is a human and breathing 😂
• An individual that sticks around. Not looking for someone that ghosts or disappears after a day or two. (I'm going to bold this statement because I know a lot of people simply stop caring after a day or want to jump to another person or not take the initiative to continue this because they simply get bored). Let's be real about our intentions :)
• Puts effort into the conversation. Those one worded responses truly kill me sometimes. This helps us keep engaged and learn more about one another!
• An understanding and caring individual

I am not going to lie, i am currently battling loneliness, dont get me wrong, i do have friends but i really dont talk to them a lot, i need to meet new people who i can talk to more than the first day, i would love to have people i can talk to everyday (if not everyday, its fine too. Lets just not forget each other though) My interests are playing table/PC games, reading book/manga, watching anime/movies (usually only if i have company though), going for walks and more.
