I’ve debated a couple of people on hot topics and got downvoted to an oblivion. Now, almost all groups I like, I can’t post or comment on anything. Find this quite frustrating. Any suggestions? Thanks and have a great day.
Ive been trying to up my karma in some communities that require I have a specific amount of karma but only for their community. Thought simple enough ill just comment on everything but I get very little to no engagement. Its so weird how some spaces people just comment and barely like or reply to anything. At first I thought my app was broken and none of the likes were populated but when I went to a different community the likes were there. Lol. Anyone else have this issue?
I had my other account compromised and I’m trying to rebuild this one. But wow I feel it’s slower now to get karma. Any advice?
Been on Reddit for a while but barely learning about karma now
Most comunities have karma requirements, which is frustrating
And why the hell is it impossible to see if a subreddit has a karma limit until your post or comment gets deleted? It feels kind of useless to me. Can anyone tell me why it even matters, or why karma limits would be remotely useful? I just have so many questions about why this is even a thing. Someone help.
Hi all! New here and wondering: how many karma points do I need to post?
This is why we can’t have nice things
How do I access the sidebar in the mobile app.
Why do some communities require you to have karma and others do not?
Need some help, some groups I can participate in until I get it up.
I simply want to ask a question on a rdr2 sub (a common theme I’m seeing) but blocked by the karma system. What gives?
I am new to reddit and recently created an account to learn more about my career and the subgenres within it. Every time I attempt to post it instantly gets taken down and although it claims moderators will review and repost it this never happens. How do make my account not seem new?
I'm trying to figure out what are the fastest and most efficient ways to get karma points? I joined Reddit to make a few posts about some questions and topics I had in mind but in a lot of these groups I'm required to at least have 100 karma points. I've tried commenting on a few things but as of now I only have made 1 karma point. Lol, any tips or tricks to get those points up so I can finally make posts and talk about the things I actually care about?
Any advices on how can I get karma? My favorite subreddits dont allow me to comment or post. Maybe you could suggest a few cool subreddits that doesnt require any karma threshold.
Also if anyone know why I cant upvote sometimes? Like as if my upvote isnt applicable and it doesnt change the post karma.
Hi, I can't find any information about this, when to mark nsfw? What are Reddit's rules about this?
No seriously, how much karma do you need to meet the minimum requirement to start posting?. 5, 10, 20?
I recently downloaded reddit and I am able to follow my friends and they are not able to receive message from me or message me ... Is there any advice for this ?
Karmakarmakarma. I need it, badly. I get that there has to be this karma rule, but I can't lie it's sometimes super annoying. I made a new account just to be able to ask questions anonymously and forgot there is that rule...
Hey ya'll, I'm not necessarily new to reddit. However, anytime I've used it in the past I just lurked, and I used another account. Anyway, I've been getting into writing horror lately and I made an account for to sole purpose of posting my stories. I'm hoping to gain some Karma quick. If anyone has any tips or tricks, or if you're just interested in any of the stories I'm working on, I'd appreciate the help. If there are any subreddits that it's easier to get good responses from let me know about it. Thanks ya'll!
Just tried posting to r/selfimprovement, but my post was immediately removed. The message the bot left sent me here because my account "does not meet our posting threshold". I am obviously using this account as my alt account since I don't want some things tied to my main. Nowhere in the Subreddit's rules is there anything about a minimum karma, comments or posts requirement, the only rule that would be connected would be “no bots”, but that's very vague.
I definetly cant figure this out?
Someone said to me you can get karma through comments so I tried commenting on more posts but it didn’t seem to do anything for my karma. Were they right or wrong?
Hello Reddit I need help 😅 I need to make a throw away account to ask some questions and ask for advice but cannot figure out how to only logout and make a new account. When I go to the setting it just shows delete account… how do I log out and make a new account on the same device and have the ability to switch between them?
