Does anyone know why they started doing cold opens around season 10 to the current season?
I’ve just always thought it was an odd switch, didn’t know if anyone involved with the show ever commented on it.
Do you prefer it to the standard opening with the theme song or do you like the cold open style? I’ve thought about it a lot, and I really don’t have a preference. I have always liked opening with the theme song like almost all animated shows have tended to do, but the cold opens can be really fun also.

S13E10 * From what I’ve been able to find, the song is a remix of Ranjith - Dhinakamal Eppothum.
“I’ll take your advice…if it’s love advice. So my man say he been working late, but then Trina call me and then tell me she seen his ass in the club. But then when I ask him about this nonsense, he tell me he loves me. How do I make him tell me the truth, but keep our love million dollar strong.”
"Roger Smith", the eccentric alcoholic alien who lives in the attic? Simply another one of His many persona's. Do we truly know who the real Roger is??
Nah. Nah, nah, nah, nah.
ok so there’s this episode that i kind of remember seeing like years and years ago and all i can remember is that there’s a secret villain base or something on the side of a mountain, and this song was playing and i’m not sure if this scene had something to do with drugs or if i just thought that cuz of the song lol, but i think that the song was the one in the one episode where steve does war re-enactments but i’m not sure. i just really wanna find this episode but to be honest i’m not even sure it’s from american dad but i think it is, also the plot might have had something to do with roger? idk lol but thank you for ur time 😭
I quoted this line this morning when buying lemonade. Was with my Mom, who didn’t get the reference, but I thought you all might appreciate it.
When did you start watching American Dad? And what made you obsessed with the show?
I see u in my dreams
The whole bit with Frank in this episode is fine, but Boys 12 is all-time.
What other episodes have a better “B-plot”?
Last time it was Hayley's Gun Control song and now it's the song Stan played on guitar when he stayed up all night
🎶I wonder how long it takes to grow caluses. I bet that's something I can learn on the Internet🎶
