Fun fact, I just finished watching the fifth episode of sesason 2 and I noticed that when Soos loads the game, GIFfany appears in front of a black board with the equation H = (p^2)/(2m) + V(r). This equation represents the Hamiltonian of the system (the total energy), which is equal to the kinetic energy (p^2)/(2m) plus the potential energy V(r), where r is the position, p is the generalized canonical momentum and m is the mass. It could also represent the Hamiltonian of a system in quantum mechanics, given the vector notation, I'm not sure, tell me what you think. If you are interested I highly recommend professor Susskind's videos on the matter, where he explains the theoretical minimum of classical and quantum mechanics. Does anyone know if there’s a change for a reboot or if the story was continued in manga or books ? My wife and I love the story but feel like there’s more that was left out. The end just felt rushed. Like we missed a season with dipper and Stan doing the science thing. Or more of a season I mean.

He wouldn't remember a thing about all those years he was homeless and most of the time he try to bring his brother back, because Dipper, Mabel and Ford are not around with him during those times. So in a way, over 30 years of his memories would be gone for good.

The moment the rift opens, Bill have become so powerful that he managed to influence the real world (4 Walls won't protect us now).

The new intro, the gibberish title and the end of the intro say "Created by: Bill Cipher". All of which are proof that Bill influence the real world.

In some episodes throughout the series, Alex just has Dipper get bullied in all kinds of ways (such as getting teased, being made fun of, getting tortured, and even being portrayed in the wrong).

Therefore, it feels more like as if Dipper is the 2nd main character of Gravity Falls while Mabel is the 1st main character, even if that's not true at all.

But even if Dipper is not the 2nd main character of the show, Mabel has literally been portrayed in the right, and as the hero in most episodes, as well as the main character over Dipper.

So the thing is, Alex just wanted to have so much fun bashing poor Dipper (since he pictures it as hurting himself) while pampering Mabel on the other hand.

Not just that, Alex wanted to make Mabel more loving and likable than Dipper that he ended up portraying her in a terrible light, causing a lot of people on the internet and outside of the internet to think that Mabel is a much better person than Dipper.

It also caused controversies about Mabel and her flaws as well in case you didn't know.

The reason for these things is because Dipper and Mabel are based on Alex, and his twin sister Ariel due to their own personalities.

And this is why Alex's treatment with Dipper does not feel fair to me at all.

Sure, it may be just a cartoon that's for fun and entertainment, but that does not change the fact that Alex was just unfair with Dipper all because he wanted to like I said, picture it as hurting himself, which is seriously messed up.

What's the point of Ford not telling anyone but Dipper about the rift? He also doesn't allow Dipper to tell anyone about it as well

It brought more harm than good: If Mabel knew about the rift's importance, she wouldn't hand it over to Bill, and thus, Weirdmageddon would be prevented.

While Bill is in his mindscape form he can only work by making deals with people. But he must uphold his end of the deal as well. Bill makes a deal that he will give Dipper the password if he gets a puppet. I’m totally fine with Bill being a con artist and tricking Dipper with the meaning of the word “puppet”, but Bill doesn’t uphold his end of the bargain at all. He immediately smashes the laptop and doesn’t give Dipper the password or even a hint. Am I missing something?
