Rick and Morty fans are diehard and deserve more. Make more episodes!

Hey everyone this is mainly directed at UK fans. I desperately want to watch S7 but it’s literally not on any streaming platforms the only place I can find it on is free movie websites which are unfortunately blocked on my website!! It’s just so frustrating because S7 came out all the way back in October, it is now April and it’s so annoying how British fans have to wait ages for it to be released on Netflix😄😄I know it’s on apple tv but it’s so expensive for the whole season and i’m also aware it’s on amazon prime but i don’t have that and my parents 100% will not be willing to pay for it

Just watched the Halloween special, I loved the different animation styles and jumping between the main story and the clips (which I might add were SUPER strange at times).

So my question is: did you guys watch it and/or like it? Obv it’s not roiland’s best work but it was still enjoyable

This has been bugging me for a while.

So, according to Rick Prime. He and C-137 where the only Ricks in the entire multiverse to invent it (not just the first two, but the ONLY two). Which means that every other Rick seen in the series was given the portal fluid formula.

If only a finite amount of Ricks had portal guns. It’d make some sense. As only two made it. And Rick Prime gave the formula out to the others. And presumably the citadel did the same.

However, there’s a few problems with this.

In one scene in the Season 3 finale. Rick states

“Nobody gets it, nothing you think, matters, matters. This isn’t special. This is happening infinite times across infinite realities”

In this scene, Rick had a portal gun.

Assuming Rick isn’t lying. That would mean infinite Ricks in that scenario should also have a portal gun.

Also, it does lead to the possibility that every single possible moment in all realties should happen an infinite amount of times. Because why would that specific moment be the only moment that happens an infinite amount of times?

But ignoring that. Back to my question, how?

Did Rick Prime somehow give infinite Ricks the portal formula? If so, how? Also wouldn’t they be apart of the citadel? Since they’d join Prime, and according to C-137 only a few thousand Ricks were apart of the citadel at the start. He also spent most of his time after meeting C-137 being hunted by his alternate selves.

Did C-137 spread it? If so, why? How would that benefit him?

Did the citadel somehow spread it? Again, if so, how? And even more importantly, why? Wouldn’t it be better for a finite amount of Ricks to have the formula? The less Ricks with Portal guns, the less Ricks who’d be able to take down the citadel. As there’s at least two known Ricks who have beef with the citadel. One of them is dead, but still.

This kinda felt like a retcon of sorts to glaze C-137 and also put Prime at the top. To make them special. Which is completely against the idea that nothing is special.

Sorry if the post was all over the place. Just had to get this frustration out.

Rewatching seasons 6-7 and I’ve noticed that Rick is more of a mentor to Morty now. He’s actually acting like a grandfather to him. I miss when Rick was a piece of shit terrible grandfather. Not saying the new episodes suck but I do miss that season 1-3 vibe of hating on Morty and Rick being a drunk piece of shit. Anyone else notice this? Also when Dan Harmon asked what making episodes like season 1-2 even means I think this is what it means. Having the old piece of shit Rick back.

The only one I can think of right now is; Jerry's telekinesis power disappeared?

I was using fubo tv honestly but I pay for so many damn subscriptions I really need to cancel some. Where else can you streams all seasons? Anywhere free?

So I can’t stop fixating on how different Rick sounds and… possibly more so he never seems to burp lol? Don’t know which is more distracting to me…

Only he and Rick Prime invented portal traveling, but imo not becouse they are the smartest, just becouse they had motivation. Other Ricks were fine with get it from others.

C137 couldnt save chronenberg universe, while the dimension they traveled to could. This makes me think C137 isnt between the smartest Ricks. I would love to see somebody heavyly outsmarts C137 in a situation.

For me, a satisfying ending to R&M would be to fast forward into the seasons where Rick is slowly becoming a more healthy person to where he even styles his hair like he used to before prime shows up. But, he runs into this issue where portal travel no longer becomes a thing and he has to reinvent it all over again. Kinda like when spider-man erases everyone’s memory of him in No Way Home, basically a hard reset, to which Rick has to pioneer a new way to travel the infinite galaxy. In doing this, he abandoned his family and becomes consumed with trying to discover this breakthrough, that he abandons all logic and reason. Amidst doing this, he tries to sell this idea to other Rick’s across the galaxy, who have no idea what this breakthrough is, and tries to form an alliance, army, citadel, or something to which he comes across a few Ricks who pass on the idea, that he just gets pissed and decides to kill them and thinks nothing of it. Not knowing, that this is now creating an infinite time loop where he has now become the Prime in another Rick’s universe, basically proving Rick Prime right in a sense that he was destined to become him all along.

I don’t know, I haven’t thought it all the way though yet but with the proper writing, this shows finale can potentially be one for the books.

I know some people aren’t going to like this but not every story has a happy ending. This ain’t the dam care bears

Obviously several of the season specific clips are fake, but I'm wondering if it's consistent on how many are real and how many are fake. I'm reasonably new to the show so a lot of the episodes I don't know by heart. I count two for sure being real per season except for three which I think I may be misremembering one of the clips as real when it's not. Am I right that it's two real and three fake or am I wrong?

Is the Morty from the Adam Sandler movie "Click", the same Morty from Rick and Morty. Think about it, after Rick eventually passed away, Morty inherited all of his things, then got a job at bed bath and beyond, opened a store inside the back of BB&B, then sold Adam Sandlers character one of Rick's creations?

How come other Jerry's don't get together more often?

If they all share the same ideas they can form their own business or go on the vacation of their choice without the family.
