Academy Sports have a couple Rangers jerseys for 30 bucks online right now.
MIL is clearly intending to trade him after declining his club option of ~10M, arguing he deserves less because of injuries.
He would be under contract for 1 year and only cost ~8M probably. I saw one article putting the Rangers as a top team to target him and proposed the following:
Leiter for Williams straight up.
Would y'all do this? Love Leiter and his potential. Would hurt but also help a lot. Could maybe even work out an extension (not a Boras client FWIW).
Saw this on FaceBook. Thought it was kinda interesting.
Rangerssavant on IG is releasing his own World Series documentary. This is the first part, and will have maybe 3-4 parts total once it is finished. Enjoy!
He will be a free agent and would be a valuable arm that we could use as a starter or high leverage reliever. (He looked good as a closer last night but idk if he’d want that role). I know he has an injury history but I like what I saw this postseason. I’m also interested to see what will happen with Eovaldi and Scherzer.
My memories of attending Rangers games are all from the Ballpark at Arlington. Most of those memories are of the hottest I’ve ever been, nearly having a heat stroke at one game. When I watch the new stadium on TV I feel it looks more comfortable for fans if a bit uninteresting.
So what is the consensus after 4.5 seasons, a World Series title, and hundreds of thousands of fans in and out? More comfortable? How and why? Better concessions? How’s the access, parking, etc? How does all this compare to the old stadium? Any little new details standout?
Lastly what is your very favorite thing about the new stadium?
I recently got into baseball, and watched my rangers when the world series (I know I'm a little late) and I'd like to know how good they were compared to other teams another seasons. Right now I'm watching the 2024 world series and I would also like a comparison between the 2023 rangers and these two outstanding teams. Thanks a ton!
I'm in my mid-30s from the north-east Texas area. I'm starting to get into baseball (slowly) and had a grandfather that was a Ranger's fan. So, I'm leaning into the Rangers some. Any thing to know as I start my journey as a Ranger's fan?
I recently picked this hat up at my local Goodwill but I cannot find out whose autograph this is. The “61” under the name signed is the jersey number I’m assuming. But there’s no names that have the same initials of R.P.P. who also have this jersey number for this team that I’ve found. Do any of you know whose autograph this might be?
