That's all
Young and talented, so excited for this season
Hello! I’m the girlfriend of a die hard Sox fan, I haven’t been a fan of baseball long but he has really gotten me into the sport. I decided to surprise him for our one year anniversary with Yankee vs Sox tickets at Fenway. However.. I purchased tickets being unaware of the dug out placements and I stupidly bought tickets near the Yankee dugout. To be fair they aren’t directly behind the dugout the seats are in F55 which is around 6 or 7 sections right of the dugout but still on their side. I know it’s a Sox home game but will we be drowned out in blue? I really don’t want to try and resell them because they were very expensive but I don’t want to ruin the surprise and have him be deeply disappointed. I would rather lose the money reselling than have him be disappointed. Any advice? Should we be fine in this section?
Gave up my 20 pack because I didn’t think it was a very good deal. Looking for season ticket holders that don’t go to all the games to avoid the fees and give me options for better seats. I would like to find someone I can buy from year after year without having to worry if I’m getting scammed.
Whose excited equipment truck leaves for fort Myers’ tomorrow? I know I am. Baseball season is right around the corner!
Any thoughts on the Sox bringing in Brendan Rodgers on a short term deal? Not sure what his market would be, but he was non tendered by the Rockies so it likely would not be franchise altering. Best case scenario Story and Grissom or Campbell hold down the middle infield and Rodgers comes off the bench as a right handed hitter with decent success against lefties. Worst case, if Story gets hurt or 2B is still a hole, he plays gold glove level defense at 2B and can play SS too. I'd much rather see this move than Bregman myself
What about this deal for Bergman: Five years, $125 million, but the first year is $32.5 million, the second year is $30 million, then an opt-out. If he stays, the third year is $22.5 million, then another opt-out. The last two years are $20 million. Would Bergman take it? Would the Sox front office do it. Is it a viable idea at all?
This has been a great time! Pitchers and catchers report the 12th, I’m so ready to get this season going. From Right to Left; David Ortiz, Tim Wakefield, Doug Mirabelli, Roger Clemens, Diasuke Matsuzaka, Bobby Dalbec, REDACTED, Carl Crawford, Panda Sandoval. Anything you would change?
For those who don't know, we started an official Discord server this offseason. It's a great way to keep the community engaged with each other when there's no Sox games on. We have channels for game discussion, baseball news, music, gaming, other sports, tv and movies, and more. Fans of other teams are welcome too, if you want to invite your baseball loving friends.

Heading into the city for a bachelor party in June and going to watch a few games. Kind of a question for out of towners. Does anyone have any good experiences with the hotels nearby? It’s for a group of 10 guys who would ideally split the costs by sharing rooms.
This morning while standing in line at airport security I got a chance to briefly interact with Johnny Damon. He seemed like a really cool dude and was pleasant with our brief chat even though it was airport security and 7am. I didn't want to be a bother to him or his wife with it being so early but I wanted to share. Seemed ike a genuinely good dude in the moment. I assume he's headed to AZ for the Savannah Bananas game but no idea since I didn't ask.
Always be kind to famous people, they are people just like us.
Edit: I know he's had his own issues with the legal system and I know that he's not a fan favorite but I just wanted to highlight a nice interaction.
i think theres a shot
I'd like to see how fan perception compares to the organization's stated goal for the offseason: "There is an extreme urgency internally to be competing for the American League East Championship and to set ourselves up for a deep postseason run in 2025 without question,” Kennedy told The Globe. “The goal is to win 90 plus games to not be worrying about a wild-card spot.”
Carl Crawford took an easy W in this. So excited to finish this before Big Papi turns into one solid pixel up there. Commence!
Hey everyone, I have come to post to because I would like to be accepted as an honorary fan of the Red Sox. After visiting Boston and most importantly Fenway this past Fall, I am in love with the city and the tradition. Dustin Pedroia was my favorite player back when I was young as well as Ortiz. Being from Fort Worth, Texas I’m also a Rangers fan but I’d like to cheer the Sox on too. I also hate the fucking Yankees so if that helps thanks. Hope I can be accepted. Or, tbh you can just give me hell that’s fine too I’m here for it.
