This game wasn't unlike many other Brewer day games. I was enjoying it at work, much to the dismay of my coworkers. Brewers vs. Cubs always gets me a little extra riled up though and this was by all accounts, a good game to listen to. Then Gary decides to slap one and Levering delivers what I would call a defining call. He could use that for his career like Bob has "get up, get outta here, GONE" and I would love it just the same. I know the season just "officially" ended but I'm jacked waiting for spring training already.

6 years $150 mil 🙄
Isn’t that what Dansby Swanson is getting?
I know this group argues about "player salary" and "team marketability". The Dodgers used be one of the worst teams and they had a huge fan base in Brooklyn. However, I feel that the quality of the stadium reflects the revenue a team makes. AmFam Field sits lots of fans, but not as many as the Dodger Stadium in LA. The owner needs to be a good bureaucrat. This video shows the struggle of the Dodgers: Why the Dogers Moved from Brookly to Los Angeles
There doesn't seem to be any attachment to Williams. There's trade talks and I'm not seeing much defending saying he should stay. Is it a recency thing with him blowing the playoff game? Otherwise him and Hader are so similar. Dominant reliever that developed into the role. Reliever of the year. Consistently clutch. Williams punched a locker and Hader had the whole Twitter thing. A predecessor appeared to be waiting for when each leaves. So I can't really see much a difference. The world was ending when Hader was traded but the sentiment looks to be "see what we can get for Williams" how do essentially the same player in a different color not be equally fan favorites?
The Brewer’s Playoff Curse is finally over. I wish y’all future success. (Couldn’t help it, this is all I could think about when Dodgers won last night and a Will Smith won for the 5th year in a row.)
Reign Chew-Awoooh-io wishing everyone a Happy Halloween! See you at AmFam in the Spring.
Buckle up, 2025 here we go🔥
I hope they win every World Series forever to show how silly the whole mlb system is.
Does anyone happen to have footage of the outside of County Stadium, specifically the old video board that was mounted just above the "Home of the Brewers" sign? I've found a few stills, but nothing that shows the old transitions between the different screens.
This guy used to completely dominate the Dodgers when he was with y'all. Happy for the guy!
So I went to the Sept 28th game. Today in the mail I received a parking ticket for parking in the fingers lot. That day I had preferred parking but nobody( I assumed second to last game nobody cares)was being checked so we drove in like everyone else. Today I received a parking ticket with a pic of my license plate on it. It seems off tho. First it's from interstate parking and the address is 1056 highway 96 in snt Paul Minnesota( it a post office). There's no official letterhead and the margins on the paper are all off. Has anyone else gotten something like this. Has to be a scam but a pretty good one
And this was the voice I read the email in.
Boy am I PISSED.

Where the F((K is the damn slate for the winterize of the park??! O right, the district talked the game but it was just that to sell the lease to the Brewers and the Public to get funding. What are they going to do? Wait until the 30 year mark to "finally upgrade" it to that so they can get another 30 year lease from the club? By that time it will be time to replace the park as it will be out dated, and gosh forbid the city and state gives fits about it.
I know that many here hate the idea of state and city / county funding portions of the park, however that is the way things work for pro sports teams, and if we are not willing to pony up some of the money, there are plenty of other places that will that the MLB would be more than happy to move the team to and we will be left without a baseball team. This is my thing like many others in the summer, without baseball there would be a huge void for me.
They got me correct 🗽(unfortunately), hows about y’all?
Was at a Magic game tonight and he was here. Don’t worry made sure to boo him big time.
