Can we all take a moment to appreciate how far Ranger has come from a guy that looked like AAAA depth in his brief 2018 debut to now a guy who is an early cy young candidate (emphasis on early). He'll likely lose some effectiveness when we get an automated/challenge strike system but then again, every pitcher will.

I think it's time (although a lot of people won't) for people to stop whining when Sosa plays over Stott at 2nd. Sosa is a really solid hitter against lefties and really isn't a downgrade from Stott defensively either. Baseball is about what gives us the best chance to win and honestly against lefties right now it's Edmundo Sosa at second. This is of course subject to change like with all bench players when he cools down.

The bullpen is NOT a major issue on this team. In fact, I'd go so far as to say there are NO major issues on this team. It could always use extra arms but that's almost always true. People acting like it's some kind of major achillies heel don't know what they're talking about or didn't watch the team in 18-21. Would Mason Miller be nice? Sure. I'm still not trading say Adian Miller or Andrew Painter for him (which is what the A's are going to want if they have two brain cells to rub together).

Aaron Nola is outperforming meh peripherals right now but even if he regresses to where they say he should be in terms of XERA, he'd still have a 3.73 which is outstanding for the amount of innings he is going to give you. Nola is not an overpay for 200+ innings and an ERA of 3.7. If you think that then frankly you're delusional about how much pitchers are worth in the game now as well as the value of 200+ innings pitched.

Walker has been terrible. He's been getting INCREDIBLY lucky in his first two starts. Look at his savant page. He's bottom tier in exit velo, and groundball percentage. When we fully get into summer at CBP when the schedule actually starts to get difficult, he's going to be fucking cooked. Expected ERA of nearly 8. Expected batting average against of .300. While I don't support a Turnbull fulltime starting deal, they may need to piggyback him and Walker, because the okayish results we're seeing now aren't going to last.

Lastly, while it's fun to meme on, the tests on the Phillies schedule really don't start until July . They've done a great job early season taking care of business against bad teams but the real test to see if they're divison contenders will be when we hit July and it's basically tough series from there until the end. I think they have the pitching (if they stay healthy) to maybe do it, but only time will tell.

Has anyone ever had this issue, of saying they can’t buy a ticket because they’re “out of state”, when in fact the card is registered for PA and they are in PA trying to purchase the ticket? I’ve deleted the card and put it back in, and changed devices but am still being told I’m out of state. My billing address is my home address in PA, and I’m in PA trying to buy my ticket.
