Cost of biomass per dry ton in South Louisiana?

I work for a renewables company. I've been tasked with finding this out. There is extremely little info online with various results or outdated or doesn't fit what I'm talking about. When I say biomass, I mean the absolute cheapest to burn to lower our carbon intensity, could be sugar cane bagasse, pulpwood, unwanted cardboard. What is the price per dry ton for this in South LA or an estimate? Thanks.

Cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin content

I have biomass samples from a lake. How do I figure out the cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin content in it. All the research papers and all the methods on the web are so confusing. Any help might be appreciated thanks.

Biomass plant funding

Hello there. If in theory you had a team of dedicated professionals all with 30 plus years in renewable biomass energy. Where would you start to acquire funding for a biomass plant?

Say in this example you’ve already executed agreements with the city and have you IPP licensing.
