The Remineralization Reddit
Remineralization - the breakdown or transformation of organic matter (those molecules derived from a biological source) into its simplest inorganic forms. These transformations form a crucial link within ecosystems as they are responsible for liberating the energy stored in organic molecules and recycling matter within the system to be reused as nutrients by other organisms.[1]
Remineralisation is normally viewed as it relates to the cycling of the major biologically-important elements such as carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus. While crucial to all ecosystems, the process receives special consideration in aquatic settings, where it forms a significant link in the biogeochemical dynamics and cycling of aquatic ecosystems. Rockdust - also known as rock powders, rock minerals, rock flour, soil remineralization, and mineral fines, consists of finely crushed rock, processed by natural or mechanical means, containing minerals and trace elements widely used in organic farming practices. Wikipedia: rockdust

I just got Elementa silver’s tooth gel and mouthwash. It’s supposed to be super high tech and much more effective than flouride or nano hydroxyapatite in remineralizing. It apparently mimics the body’s way of remineralizing with calcium, and their updated nano silver is bioavailable/mixed with organic compounds (or something like that) so it can actually go into the biofilm. I have only used it for a couple weeks so no word yet on results.
I found them from a holistic dentist highly reviewed, and it seems they have a lot of praise from many dentists (I’m guessing holistic ones) as the best/highest tech.
However, I just checked reviews on Amazon since they don’t have public reviews on their site. There are many great reviews, but a handful that say it turned their teeth yellow or grey, which obviously freaks me out. I also have heard that sometimes Amazon sellers sell fakes, but also who is really taking the time to do that.
Anyone know of this toothpaste or have input?
Hi guys I've become infatuated with Mulders chart and interactions. I was wondering if anybody has come across in depth descriptions of the interactions? I learn much better from studying like this rather than wrote learning. Any help would be much appreciated :)
