Does anyone know why the PS3 crashes on the Dolby logo and how to fix it?

I know that there is a way to play games from USB, but I'm wondering, how about discs? And, does region matter?

My PS3 CECH03 is having alot of issues, including, freezing, sometimes powers off by itself and no display showing, and yes I've tried doing an hdmi output reset, that didn't work, I've opened it up and had no Idea what to do so I closed it and I've also tried safe mode, that didn't work, the display is not on at all so does anyone know a simple fix for my issue

So I want to buy a physical copy of Tekken Hybrid But im confused by some statement online by people

Does the game install from the disc or does it install from the Psn store through the disc? I know it's sounds weird, but I'm confused by what people have said online

Any other potential solution? Maybe some form of homebrew I can download that circumvents HDCP? At this point I'm at a bit of a loss, I just want to record gameplay but it's seemingly impossible.

I literally cannot for the life of me sign into my PSN. Ive tried all the methods online and still no luck. I use to always be able to sign in no problem but after taking a long ish break from playing due to being busy I cannot sign in anymore. I even made a new PSN account to try to sign into but it still won’t work. It sucks because I recently bought a new PS3 in hopes to play at home with my brother or friends on my old PS3 online. I always get the QR code and generate a password but it never works or I get the “cannot sign in using someone else’s email” message. Help

What am I missing so far?

I have a ps3 slim & i regot stuntman ignition today & when i played it. the system froze. annoyed, i turned it back on & tried it again & now im getting this message at gamestart that i need to restart the game because there is not enough space on the hard drive. I checked it it says im using 130 of 149 GB. i looked everywhere for the last 30 minutes where i can check my storage & nothing. my game saves are way too small to cause a problem, there is no music or videos that i know of & there is no installed games that i know of. I haven't be able to find ANYTHING on the system that tells me exactly what is using up all this space for me to delete stuff. plus 19 gb should be more then enough room for a game to load & save right? so how can i check my entire storage, delete stuff so i can play my game?

Good day guys, I want to ask for advice regarding constant crashing of my PS3 slim console.

Currently I'm playing Atelier Rorona Plus and there is a part of the game where you freeze the river, it will have a flash on the screen and immediately the console automatically turns off.

I have already tried database rebuild and restore file settings and still PS3 crashes on the same mechanic.

Does this mean that the PS3 cannot handle the game mechanic that results to automatic turn off?

Or is it another issue?

People, I need help, I just installed Gran Turismo 6 in ISO format through a UBS but the game asks me to update which I have seen that many people have problems with that. Does anyone know how I can update without having to download it from the PS3? That is, you can download the updates from a website or something similar.

Since I grew up with the PS2 and PS3. I preferred the PS2 and then the PS3 when I was 10, I want to have a complete PAL in the best possible version. Unfortunately, my stepfather took almost all the games with him. 1Since I grew up with the PS2 and PS3. More the PS2 and at 10 the PS3, I want to have a complete PAL in the best possible version. Hello everybody, a few weeks ago I posted a photo of my fat B/C ps3 that my sister gave me. I replaced the thermal paste successfully and got it all cleaned out. Now I want to upgrade the hardrive to at least 500 gb, does anybody have any recommendation on hard drives that they have? I appreciate any and all recommendations.
