While I know the reality of a new entry is pretty much fantasy at this point (as much as it pains me to say so), if there was a new entry however, what would you want it to be? Would you want a true remake collection (similar to the new Destroy All Humans entries if you know that series), would you want a continuation of where Jak 3 left off, would you want a new story entirely with new characters and different settings from what we’ve seen? Or would you not want one at all? Curious to see what you guys think. This series has always been a comfort of mine and one of my most loved series of my childhood, or even lifetime for that matter. As I said above, I know the return of the franchise is pretty much fantasy now, I’m curious what you, my fellow fans, would like to see if a new project was announced.

I think it would be cool because I’ve always wondered about a 2 player jak game where the second player could be daxter.

Does anyone remember that “Jak and Daxter - But Daxter didn't take 2 years to save Jak” video from a few weeks back? Apparently the guy who made the vid not only deleted his Reddit account but even his YouTube one, and I have no idea what happened to him, so can somebody in the comments explain to me what happened or at least your thoughts on the vid in question?

So I heard that PS4 games get some kind of graphical or video enhancement on the PS5 Pro, and since all Jak games now run as PS4 games on the PS5, do you think we can expect them to receive the same enhancement? Does anyone here have a Pro they can test this on?

Every time I see someone in the fanbase whining about Keira in Jak 3, I can't stop myself from noticing a simping NPC pattern going on. They will defend Keira even when they themselves don't like her. I get that she was the only female side-kick character in the first game, but beyond that, there's really not many good, interesting or redeeming traits about her.

She was drooling over Erol while Jak suffered, I think that's a big deal. She also acts more arrogant than what she can back up.

Ashelin on the other hand showed true concern for Jak, and tries to get things done herself. Her kiss with Jak was peak character development, great story telling and a manifestation of good karma.

It's funny because there's really nothing wrong about Keira not helping Jak more: the scope of the circumstances just outmatched her. You could call her a Jobber. Most stories use Jobber characters, and thanks to them others can shine more. Nothing bad about that, it's their role. Other characters filled Keira's supporting role better, like Tess or the already mentioned Ashelin.

Not helping Jak while he was being experimented on, or not going with him to the Wasteland (even Pecker went there) is maybe a showcase of bad traits about her character and personality, but I still think what she did in Jak II is way worse than anything about her in Jak 3 lol

My very talented co worker drew this and then painted it with watercolors I believe.

It’s kinda crazy how you can just kill that pelican with the cannon, poor bird just wanted to collect power cells too.

I was doing some runs of TPL and about halfway through in rock village along the bridge that connects the precursor basin area to the main town building where the warrior is, I got randomly locked into the hard fall animation (no damage) for like 5 minutes. It only stopped when I reached the only side of the bridge slowly inching forward with each fall. Took a video of it off my phone but option to post video is greyed out.

Is this a bug with a known trigger?

Ive been making my own games for quite some time and ive always had the thought of building all the games (except TLF) in a quest stable and pcvr format. Im not 100% sure if i want to make them 1:1 with the campaigns and what not.. ill have to see just how much the quest can handle but if anything i can atleast build all the worlds and make them free roam.. idk what do you guys think?
