Every single time I try to play PS5 games on my console I get met with error code CE-108255-1 and my game just freezes then closes after a minute or two. I can't go longer than 10 minutes tops without it crashing again. I have tried every single troubleshooting option Sony support gave me when searching for the error code and none of them have worked. However I have not tried a factory reset, which I'm trying to avoid at all cost. Is there something that worked for others with this issue or is the reset the only option I have left?

it seems as if i cannot get into any online games due to some problem with my psn it is stuck on “checking…” and then after 5-10 minutes it says failed, anyone experiencing the same problem or have a solution?

I kicked my extension cord on accident and everything shut off, ps5 never turned back on, isn’t the extension lead or power cord etc, it’s the ps5, ive tried everything ive seen online, even took covers off and cleaned dust out, no luck. PLEASE HELP!! Ps5 is only just 1 year old

A couple days ago I was playing on my ps5 and everything was normal, I had my headset plugged in and was listening to music while playing with some friends, after a while of playing, I decided to get up and get into a better position unknown to me at this time was that my headset wire somehow got caught in between my legs and when I went to readjust myself, the wire was yanked out of my controller. I went to plug it back in and when I did, the audio was sounding muffled and like it was underwater and very echoey. I thought it might just be the ps5 so I restarted it but nothing has changed, I even tried a different headset and made sure that the one I was using worked fine but the issue is still there, I’m wondering if there’s anything that I could do to fix the issue.

Guy's I need to know if the same thing is happening to everyone. My sister turned our PS4 on today and it went straight to Safe Mode screen. The same happened to two of my friends, we tried every single option but it always end up on the same screen!!! We all have te slim version and we're from Brazil if that has anything to do with the problem. I really want to know if the same is happening to others right now because I really don't want to waste money.

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone had the situation as me and what to do. I think, right after I got updated to the last patch 12.00 for PS4 my GPU started to lag and no longer loads games, nor discs, nor downloaded ones. It started when I was playing The Last of Us, in the past 6 years since I first got my PS4 Pro I've never experienced anything like this. The game just crashed for it seemed for no reason with CE-34878-0 error, saying that "An app cannot be run, due to console's not updated to the last version", or something like this. The Last of Us is a disc version. Then I tried to install GoW 2018, again on disc, but it couldn't, same thing, crash, but error is different in this one. Then I tried to open Tetris Effect, digital version, when the game started to load, there was no title screen or anything, just a fullscreen icon of Tetris's icon on display, then it bugged and crashed yet again with new error. I checked HDD, everything seems normal, it shows how much is available and what is stored in it my screenshots are shown, not "Corrupted data". I checked about new updates, maybe I missed one, but no, system says it's upgraded to the last version. I tried to find these errors on the Internet, but nothing useful came up, official Sony tech support says, that I should initialize the system of the PS, I braced myself and pressed the X button, but for four hours straight the initializing haven't even started, it stuck of 0% with the remaining time of 1 second, and nothing could be done with it, not even holding power button made anything. So I unplugged the cord and came here for advice, maybe someone had this and can provide me with a solution

I’m playing Sparking Zero and I realize that if I press my square button multiple times, the game thinks I’m just holding the button down. I look up tips online I use WD-40, alcohol, and condensed air but the situation only gets worse. Instead of sometime recognizing my presses it will only register it if I hold my button REAL hard. I took my controller apart, cleaned the button and it just reverted back to the original problem. Maybe I’m using the wrong kind of WD-40, I’ve reset my controller multiple times, please help me I just wanna play Sparking Zero. Also I’ve tried my other buttons and they work perfectly.

So my husband bought the Razor Kraken Kitty headphones not realizing that it was a PC headset. I tried hooking them up to the ps5 console and of course I couldn’t speak through them but I could hear through them. Has anyone tried an adapter that would make it possible to plug into the controller? If so, did it work? inserting a pic of the adapter

I just got a ps5 yesterday and only have the new tomb raider 1-3 remastered. Just got it all set up but literally every 20 seconds or so when playing it goes to the Home Screen and I have to click on the game icon to go back to the game.

I have no other accessories and the controller is fully charged.

Is this a fault with the console or the game? Or wtf is going on?

I have this 1 problem, I have 2 ps5 controllers my 1st controller let's me play all of my ps5 games and my second controller too but It don't let me play this 1 game I'm just stuck in the loading screen and it won't let me load on but on my 1st controller it let's me and works perfectly fine.

Hi everyone, I have an issue for many years now with my PS3. Once I was playing and I moved a bit the console but the power cable detached and since when starting the PS3 a recovery system boots every time but can never ends (I tried to wait for many hours but always reboots I don't know why). But today I would really like to get back my PS3 and play with it. Is there someting that can be done ? Is it possible to reset it ? And is there a risk doing it ?

so im in europe and my psn account is set for US. will i have any problems with ps5 physical discs which are purchased in europe? for example in europe i decided to buy elden ring disc but in description i saw “you have to have your psn account on europe for game to work properly and access all features”. so do i have to create new psn account and set it to europe and purchase games on that account or will i be okay staying on US psn account?

i also bought bloodborne couple weeks ago from ps store online and played without any problems, but after i defeated amelia i didnt get eye of a blood drunk hunter,i searched it in google and they said its regional problem so is this problem also connected to my psn account or thats whole another story?

Howdy! I'm currently preparing to give my old PS4 to a friend since I haven't used it in about a year.

While I was cataloguing my games, I noticed Elden Ring was missing even though I put over 80 hours into it. my profile still had all the same trophies, but It wasn't anywhere in my purchased or played games list and the shop treated me as though I had never bought the game. It's not in the hidden purchases list, not listed on the app, not shown as played or bought at all outside of the achievements tab. Is there some way to get the game back into my account without re-purchasing it?

Hi guys so I took part my ps4 cleaned it out and put new paste cause it kept overheating when I played a game and I put it back together everything was fine and it actually ran a game but I forgot to connect my Bluetooth antenna back so I took it back apart replaced that and put back together now all my ps4 does when I try to turn it on is it’ll beep 3 times and the fan revs super high and then it just turns off it’s annoying and pissing me off any ideas ?

I've turned my ps4 on, but the screen is blank and the blue light is just glowing. I'm not sure what to do, because it's never done this before. I've tried forcing a shutdown and nothing happened. Any help would be great!
