Before knowing anything about the world tendency bullshit I stupidly died in human form, possibly more than once. Ive been playing in soul form from then on and killed both the tower knight and red dragon but my tendency still isn’t white enough to trigger certain events, can this be remedied or am I cooked?
Can someone mule over some items for me Im starting a fresh character and just want to transfer some items Add me JoinDarkSeid psn or messege me on this thread.
It seems I have fucked up. Is possible to get the gloves in coop from another player? Can someone help? Btw I am on PS5. Thx
So my son was defeated playing the game and he returned to the nexus and decided to kill stockpile Thomas. Is there anyway to bring him back?

Currently working on a martial arts / parody animation project based on Demon’s Souls. I hope y’all enjoy our interpretation of the Boletarian front gate!

To preface I am a casual souls gamer, I don't go for 100% completion or NG+. I dont generally use guides either, only for a few things were the game simply isnt telling me enough. With that in mind lets start with what I liked about the game in no particular order:
- The Art and music are fantastic. Boletaria is my favourite as I just love a brighter aesthetic more (I know ironic for a fan of "Dark" Souls).
- The linearity. Coming in in a break from Elden Ring I really appreciate the crafted level design and linearity of it. I don't like retreading walked ground much so I appreciate it when a game gives me few branching paths that I can explore and return to the main path.
- The Gimmick bosses are a mixed bag, but I love the idea of it. Old Hero is my favourite, being able to slow walk to not get aggro from him, or use a miracle or the thief ring is amazing.
- Different build viability. I got the Adjucators shield and regeneration ring, and I loved how I could just ingore poison or plague. Might be because of my lowish VIT stat (15) if its percentage wise.
- The slow pace, and think ahead approach required by the game. Navigating the levels carefully makes it managable but still rewarding.
- The relatively short length. I have 26 hrs clocked, with some wait times in there so probably around 25h. I was getting abit tired of it by the end (I played it one in a weekend after all), but still it ended just about when I was starting to feel like I have had enough of the game.
Things I dislike:
- The equipment load. FS apparently realized this too because they removed the mechanic from all following game. Just annoying, it decentivizes experimentation as you can't try out new weapons on the spot if they have been sent to storage, and you'll be too lazy to get them out one by one for testing (on enemies). You cant have all armors out at once and mix and match for some good fashion souls. Plus I realized only really late that I could send items to storage at any time in the menu.
-The lack of information like: No status effect buildup bar, Game not telling you what Boss weapons you can create without having the soul and right weapon at the right upgrade stage with you. Especially a problem with the aforementioned Equipment load and the Blacksmith who does Boss weapons not being in the Nexus. Trying to figure that out without a guide would be shatteringly tedious. Additionally the lack of info on world tendendy. Again, without a guide it would be a horrible experience.
- Time wasters. The giant flame lizard bugs in 2-2 come to mind. Just there to stall for time. The incredibly slow lift before Fake Old King Allant. The really long runbacks, I already figured it out once, I do not want to retread the same ground again and again doing the same things. It feels like its done to pad the play time, which isnt necessary, the game is long enough.
- Wonky mechanics and controls. For Dragon God for example the vision mechanics were unreliable. As for controls, who thought forward + R1 to be the stagger move was a good idea? I think quite a few deaths could be attributed to me accidentally doing that instead of attacking.
- NPC black phantoms are incredibly easy (no World Tendency). Idk if large weapons just trivialize it and it would be harder with Dex builds but they are such pushovers.
Overall I enjoyed it quite a bit even if it wont end up as my favourite souls game. Still I think Bluepoint could have improved a bit more on the original game, especially on the information part. That would give players the chance to actually reasonably play blind without missing a lot of the content.
It reminded me of reasons why I loved Dark Souls so much back in 2012 when I first played, but it also reminded me that I probably need to revisit Dark Souls as well and things like the runbacks are more annoying than I remember. I also got more intolerant to repetition as I got older I suppose.
Curious to see if you guys agree or disagree with my opinions or perhaps I missed crucial things that would have made my experience even better?
Need help in 4-3 ps4 ty
Can someone help me with man eater
The bug is whenever you save and exit and return to the game the crystal lizard will be nowhere to be found on its location. So to kill it you need to go on its location without saving and exiting the game. Is there a fix on this bug?
I have the Vinland Crest and when I went to give it to Selen I was skipping through the dialogue quickly because the bug enemies were about to attack me.
When skipping through the dialogue, I selected "No" when prompted to give her the crest. I did this TWICE 😅.
Now she no longer asks for the crest. I tried seeking forgiveness with the statue in the Nexus, but that didn't affect it.
Will I just have to wait until another NG+ run to give it to her?
I know I can trade the Moonlight sword to Sparkly to get the ring she gives, but I'm just checking to see if there's a way to complete the quest to get it before I do that.
Oh my god, what even is this fight?? Sure, it’s really easy. But the visuals once you enter the fog, the music and the sound effects (especially when the King flies over the arena) are top notch. Made my jaw drop. This game is really really great and I love it. Never played the OG version and I know many people prefer the OG version but they did a really great job in the remaster IMO. Wish I could fight him again immediately
I'm stuck in 5-2 can someone walk me to the next archstone? I'm underleveled and came to get the moonlight
Whoever Shiki-Ver100 is on PS5 thank you for your help in World 1-3! If you see this drop your gamertag id love to do more co-op!
Man I’m so glad I decided to give this game another shot. I tried playing it two separate times before both times with the knight/warrior class don’t know which and I just couldn’t force myself through the first area my weapon sucked and it seemed like such a long trek to get through but I started it up again as the royalty class and I’m trying out a hybrid mage/melee build and it’s been a lot more enjoyable. Now that I’m figuring the game out and the direction of things I think once I’m done with this playthrough I want to try a strength build. Also I’m struggling on finding any spells but I’m currently trying to free a guy in Prison of Hope because I heard he sells spells but any tips or advice are welcome! This is the last game in the souls series I have left btw I’ve beaten all the other fromsoft games multiple times AC series and kings field included it’s crazy I haven’t really gave this a shot until now lol.
I'd like to finish Stonefang but these big firebugs take like no damage and I'm hacking away for several minutes on the big ones until they die. I'm not even sure my weapon has enough durability to kill 2-3 of these. I've explored a little past Leechmonger in the swamp area of Valley of Defilement in hopes of finding a vendor that sells poison knifes or something but I haven't found anything and that area is very annoying in its own right. Any ideas?
im playing the OG version on a ps3 emulator btw so no online sadly
I want to use the crescent falchion and want to know what my level distribution should look like I’m level 1 have 20,000 souls and a royalty class. I think this game looks stunning can’t wait to play more
I'm happy to help (dm me)
I want to keep my mobility up because so many bosses seem faster than my slow stamina Regen, is it worth trying to tank things (I have a greatshield) or should I focus on dodging more (I also started as templar knight and want to build around that)
Help me fight flame lurker
I defeated garl and astraea then came back and defated the black phantom version of garl, but after i killed him, i saw how ridiculously heavy his hammer was and went back to the nexus and deposited a ton of stuff to free up my item burden. After that, I went back to where garl died and theres no weapon. Its not in my inventory or my storage either, so do i need to ng+ for this weapon? This is on the ps3 version btw
Password is happy souls and please place at the archstone
