Just finished both parts of TLOU, and i need something similar to it, any help
New to the series, playing part 1 on pc on new game plus and almost done the first season of the series, I was instantly obsessed.
I know she bluffed (?) That she could with reverend people muncher but is that actually the case? She's immune to the effects of cordrecepts but as evidenced by her scar, she still has tendrils of the fungus inside her, and if I'm remembering right, they had to kill her to get they cure because the mycelium were all through her brain as well, and the scanner when they were leaving Boston showed her as infected, but then again, in the show, the infection sniffing dog saw her as clean. Is the infection only passed by bite or airborn spores? Can blood contact passed it on? Other bodily fluids? If so she'd be a danger to be in contact with at all. It's all the worst parts of the aids panic but actually true instead of the paranoia and lies they told everyone.
Probably some of this is covered in the second game. Any thoughts?
E.g enemies aren’t morons and the player isn’t a bullet sponge but where you have the opportunity to take advantage of the games cool mechanics instead of having to snake through like grounded
So I was watching Grounded 2, The making of the Last of us part 2 the other day and I just wanted to say how much I appreciate all the hard work and dedication that went into creating the game and that despite all the pressure and tough shit they had to work trough that they ultimately delivered something that they could be proud of. Everything from the story, it's characters, it's focus on a grounded and realistic depiction of violence, and the use of music, the technical aspects like Level design, how the gameplay was constructed, realistic animations and visual fidelity to Naughty Dog wanting to make a well polished and accessible game, all of those aspects manage to come together so beautifully and makes the finished game feel that much more impressive after having watched how it was worked on.
The amount of transphobia and vile hate I have seen toward Bella Ramsey completely breaks my hart. I have seen the same hate towards LOU 2. Kaitlyn Dever had to get literal BODYGUARDS because of threats from fans.
It's gotten to the point where I don't even look at the comment sections anymore because there is so much hate there it's genuinely insane. I understand that all fandoms are toxic by nature. I have been engaging with fandoms for years at this point and I have learned to ignore it. I'm a K-pop fan, GOT fan, CyberPunk2077, F1 and many more. So this isn't my first rodeo.
However, I have never seen such visible unavoidable hate. It's gotten to the point where I never engage with fans anymore. This Reddit sub is fine but anywhere else its just evil.
The Washington Liberation Front
Or
The Seraphites
Personally, I believe it's the WLF, since not only do they still have a larger population (equals more manpower), but they still have the stadium that is stocked with supplies
Also, while the Seraphites repelled the invasion, they don't have any type of modern medicine, so I can only imagine how many would die from their wounds and illness after the invasion
Always loved this opening scene, it's even prettier on the pro.
Just started playing Part 1 on PC with an Xbox Controller, and I saw that the game has alot more support for Dualsense haptics.
How much more immersive are the haptics with a wired Dualsense controller vs Xbox? And would it be a worthwhile investment? (I would also like a second controller for party games)
first time playing on PS5
Did anyone noticed this.
Im not sure if this is allowed but i did read the rules and i think im okay? I dont know tho so lmk. I have been searching up and down for something good to get him for Christmas. I'm for sure getting him Ellie's bracelet but i can also get him either, 1)Ellie's journal, 2)The art of the last of us book or, 3)Ellie's no pun intended book. Which one do y'all think is best worth it as i've never seen or played tlou.
One of my favorite things of the Last Of Us 2 is that that the foes or adversaries when fighting is that they will mention the names of the people you take down. The game really tests your ethics and empathy, by making the enemies have names which makes them more human. I don't remember that in the first game. Although I have the memory of a fith grader. It made it a lot harder and ethically difficult. I won't even bring up the dogs. Such an incredible game. I expect it to be in art history books eventually.
I saw some videos of youtube having a different mode of aiming than the default one. How do i change it? im playing remastered edition on pc
I want to hear everyone’s honest opinion on two things. First was it selfish of Joel to have saved Ellie from being killed for the cure? And do you think he should have told here the truth? If any of your reasoning comes from part two please withhold that because I have yet to play part two.
Look at this little dude it's so cool
I'm just curious how close you can get the pc port to look like the ps4 remake
I'd love feedback:D

i’m so obsessed with it
