The two face series starts in three days, I was wondering what it will be about and if it is worth getting.
I can’t believe it’s been almost a year since issue #2 came out , does anyone know why has it been pushed back so many times?
does anybody know if there are any cheaper revoltech figures (i liive in sweden so it needs to be able to ship to me)
It would be a large-scale political drama series featuring the fictionalized leaders of various countries, both real (like England, the US, and France) and fake (Arthur/Orin for Atlantis, Jax-Ur for New Krypton, Prince Brion for Markovia, Princess Diana for Themiscyra, Teth-Adam for Khandaq, etc.).
I'm new to DC Comics and I was wondering if anyone had a roadmap or list of comic runs for me to start with. Any help would be great.
Recently, DC has released "Batman by Grant Morrison Book one" along with "Batman by Tom King Book one", both releases have a similar trade dress. Similarly, there have been "book" releases in the past such as Green Lantern by Geoff Johns and so on. However, there is no name for this line of books and thus, makes it hard for the audience to keep track of them.
Anyone else having this issue?
If given the chance what storylines would you like to see made? I think a fun one would be what if being a meta was illegal and the Suicide Squad was made up of the League and it was ran by Batman vs Amanda Waller.
Edited to add: yes, this is technically Elseworlds. But I didn’t consider that when I made this post.
Hey guys l'm roughly new (4 months new) here to comic books, and as I'm getting into reading alot of the "greats" in comic book stories in the past roughly 15 years. I'm slowly starting to discover I have favorite authors and artist. One of those being Jim Lee's art. However I have slowly seen a lot of people hate on his art ? Am I missing something???? Did he do something wrong?😂 I don't get it

Any suggestions on where to read it online would also be greatly appreciated! It can be a payed service I just need pointed in the right direction!

Hey there honorary Justice League members - it’s a new week which means it’s time for a new discussion thread!
For those who don't know: the way this works is that several comments will list this week’s releases, for any given title discussion you should respond to that comment. For example, Wonder Woman discussion would go in the replies to the "Wonder Woman" comment. Clicking the titles in this post will take you directly to that comment, too. In other words, you should only be replying to other comments. Do not post top-level comments.
Keep discussion civil. Do not harass other users for having a different opinion. Do not use this thread to push your personal one-sided grudges against creators. Reacting to a panel on Twitter is not the same as reading a book.

^(The last Arrowverse-related show wraps up and the first DCU show debuts in the same week... wonder if they planned it this way?)
^(This Week’s Soundtrack:) ^(Halsey - The Great Impersonator)
I've seen art work with them.
DC’s new ‘absolute’ takes on heroes are really exciting but if you were given the job of writing Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman in the Absolute universe, what changes would you make to their origins, powers and characteristics?
Just felt like doing something fun, so who embodies Wrath the best in all of DC comics
Over the decades of comic book publications involving Superman, we can see that it is very unlikely that Superman could store solar energy within himself to a greater magnitude than humans.
Taking into account the cosmic feats he has performed and still performs, he would have to store so much energy that the energy density of his body would bend space-time or lead to the destruction of the ground he walks on or the chair he sits on when he is Clark Kent.
Furthermore, two of his weaknesses, the electromagnetic radiation of green kryptonite and the red sun, begin to take effect the moment they come into contact with Superman, meaning there is no significant residual or emergency solar energy reserve in Superman's body, otherwise the effect of these weaknesses would not be immediate.
The conclusion that can be reached from this observation is that Superman's powers arise from an exotic and remote instantaneous link to photons, in wave or corpuscular format, coming from stars of a certain stellar classification.
The first comic, Raven, came out in 2019. Starfire finally just dropped last month 2024. If you read them, not much happens in each one. Feels like an unreasonably long time to wait on these.
Why do they take so long?
Are they also coming out in paper singles and I'm just missing them?
*Edit. I know there are 5 comics total, I just feel like the storyline is progressing slowly and it's hard to stay invested with this release schedule. Comics used to come out weekly, so I don't think I'm being unreasonable.
