This is a subreddit for talking about the DC superhero-team, The (Teen) Titans.
The Teen Titans, also known as the New Teen Titans or simply the Titans, are a fictional superhero team appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics, often in an eponymous monthly series. As the group's name suggests, its members are teenage superheroes, many of whom have acted as sidekicks to DC's premiere superheroes in the Justice League.
First appearing in 1964 in The Brave and the Bold #54, the team was founded by Kid Flash (Wally West), Robin (Dick Grayson), and Aqualad (Garth), with the team adopting the name Teen Titans in issue 60 following the addition of Wonder Girl (Donna Troy) to its ranks.

Added a good bit
I rewatched Trouble in Tokyo, and damn, this movie is still PERFECT. It is very animated, has incredible soundtracks, the plot is sensational, and the Titans face GODZILLA!!
From what I remember, the first time I saw this film was on Cartoon Network, i don't remember if it was there, but I remember seeing some scenes. The only scene I remembered before rewatching it a few years ago was Robin kissing Starfire and Raven in the "library".
Robin and Starfire didn't kiss in the cartoon, other than when they first met. And this scene was what everyone who followed the cartoon was waiting for. I freaked out when I watched it
When I was very young I can remember an episode where Raven had Robin trapped in a sort of room using black tentacles. Does anybody remember this?
The original teen titans I discovered it years back even when it gotten canceled and I feel good about the show, it teaches about friendship and life even though it has so many good and sad ones. The show is what I watched to this very day!
Really, the unanswered questions were not an issue. The way it ended was Terra just saying “move on” as she did so herself. What other questions need to be asked 😭 yea its pretty obvious that shes faking but she just doesnt wanna be in the hero biz anymore. The ending genuinely aint that divisive. People who rally for years are wasting their time. Like, ofc i wanna see a season 6 but im not ride or die for it 💀
i do think rubbing to the wound is teen titans go though, cause they could definitely bring back teen titans for a season 6 but they choose to do teen titans go 😡
So a couple days ago I was starting a binge watch of every original teen titans episode cause i genuinely miss the series. So l've hit S4 By this point and then looked at The New Teen titans Go and realized that CN Fucked this series up Big time. Like How did Starfire and Robin end up together at the end of the OG series but we get to the New series and that's just thrown out the window. And to make matters worse in The OG these dudes are actually on some serious shit but we go to TTG and they become literal jokes of heroes. The only good thing about TTG is they actually gave Raven and Beast boy a chance as a couple. And even though i understand Appealing to a younger audience is the goal We could at least make them a bit more serious rather than a bunch of jokes. But can we just erase TTG from DC history and Bring the OG back idc if it's on adult swim or A DC Exclusive Video Library i will watch the hell out of that before i ever claim TTG.
