Bored with being the Lord of Hell, the devil relocates to Los Angeles, where he opens a nightclub and forms a connection with a homicide detective.

I have just started season 2 and Amanadiel wings are kinda rotting and he’s loosing his powers cus he’s becoming a fallen angel right??? But If Lucifer was the original fallen angel why are his wings (before he burnt them) still all pretty and white and his single feather had divinity to heal Amanadiel’s demon blade wound?? Why didn’t Lucifer’s wings rot but Amanadiel’s are?!
Ps: I’m fine with and even encourage spoilers, I find them fun
Did she truly love him? In S3E23 while conversing with Ella, she remarks that her decisions were due to Lucifer but this would invalidate her claim in S3E20 wherein she tells Lucifer that she loves Pierce.
Do we think that Lucifer can hear prayers? Why or why not?
Just rewatched Lucifer, and I still can't believe how bad Season 6 was. The whole Rory time-travel plot felt forced, and Lucifer’s final decision made zero sense after everything he went through. The fun, charm, and crime-solving were replaced with unnecessary melodrama.
Chloe’s arc got sidelined, the supporting cast got rushed endings, and honestly, Season 5B had the perfect conclusion. They should’ve stopped there.
Am I the only one who feels this way
So, can Lucifer enter Heaven now if he goes back?
I noticed that there are a lot of actors who played major roles in The Rrder playing smaller roles in Lucifer. For example Sarah Gray, Diana Bang, and Matty Finocchio. Is there a reason for this, or just a coincidence?
Can we all take a moment to talk about the scene I truly believe maze really grew her soul hanging out with Trixie for the first time in her life mazes face brought joy instead of fear and I truly believe this is where she began grown her soul
I just love this episode. First half is hilarious and the second half incredibly moving. Is it just me? I never see it included in best episodes lists.
Castle and Lucifer share several similarities in terms of characters, their relationships, and the overarching storyline.
Lead Characters: Charismatic and Unconventional Partners • Castle: Richard Castle is a charming, witty, and sometimes childish crime novelist who shadows the police to gather inspiration for his books. • Lucifer: Lucifer Morningstar is a suave, devilish, and playful fallen angel who helps the LAPD solve crimes while running his nightclub. • Both are unconventional consultants who use their unique perspectives—Castle’s storytelling skills and Lucifer’s ability to make people reveal their desires—to assist in investigations.
Strong, No-Nonsense Female Detectives • Castle: Kate Beckett is a highly competent and disciplined NYPD homicide detective with a tragic past (her mother’s murder). • Lucifer: Chloe Decker is an intelligent and dedicated LAPD detective, also with a personal tragedy (her father’s murder). • Both women are skeptical of their eccentric partners at first but gradually come to respect and rely on them.
Romantic Tension and Slow-Burn Romance • Castle & Beckett: Their relationship starts with playful banter and tension, slowly evolving into deep trust and love. • Lucifer & Chloe: Their dynamic follows a similar arc, with Lucifer’s flirtations initially dismissed by Chloe, but over time, they develop an emotional bond. • Both couples go through a will-they-won’t-they phase before finally committing to each other.
Case-of-the-Week Format with a Larger Mystery • Both shows primarily follow a procedural format where the main characters solve a new murder each episode. • However, overarching mysteries drive the larger narrative—Castle investigating Beckett’s mother’s murder and Lucifer dealing with celestial politics and his identity crisis.
Eccentric Supporting Cast • Both series have a team of detectives and forensic experts who add humor and depth: • Castle: Esposito, Ryan, and Lanie (the coroner) • Lucifer: Dan, Ella, and Linda (Lucifer’s therapist) • These characters often provide comic relief, personal subplots, and emotional support to the leads.
Personal Growth Through Partnership • Castle matures from a reckless playboy into a devoted partner. • Lucifer evolves from a selfish, hedonistic being into someone capable of love and self-sacrifice. • Beckett and Chloe both learn to open up emotionally and accept their feelings for their partners.
Conclusion
Both Castle and Lucifer mix crime-solving with humor, romance, and supernatural/mystery elements. Their core dynamic—a charismatic, unconventional man partnering with a disciplined, skeptical female detective—creates engaging character-driven storytelling that evolves into a heartfelt love story.
I'm watching the series on Netflix.
Heavenly Karaoke was AWFUL. I was embarrassed for the actors. Imagine having to do THAT to get paid.
Micheal is shown as a evil & cowardly figure. When in all actuality he was never portrayed that way in history. It seems like a total inverse of how 'lucifer' actually has behaved forever. Maybe it's Gnostic bases but it would only makes sense if you were supporting Satan over Micheal in the first place.
Just my opinion but it felt off. 🤔
Re watching season 3 and on episode six when Lucifer and Ella leave to go find candy and Chloe says “but it’s my birthday” absolutely destroys me.
I swear I remember lucifer carrying Dan into the sky to scare him when he finds out lucifer is the devil but I can't for the life of me find the episode or the scene. Am I hallucinating or did this actually happen???
That storyline made me so uncomfortable. They're good friends throughout the show, but there is zero leadup to a one-time shaboink. Even the serious conversation they have before the kissy-kissy doesn't have that kind of buildup imo. Playing Can You Hear Me in the background makes it even worse, like they're trying too hard
What are some key things that people like about the show because I've tried in the past and never never got hooked
In the show, people go to hell because they feel guilty about what they've done. But some serial killers, like Ella's boyfriend in Season 5, don’t feel remorse for their actions. So, do you think there are serial killers in heaven?
Am I the only one who thinks it’s weird that Lucifer claims to hate Dan but then has hugged him multiple times throughout the series?
She was funny and adorable even though she was obsessed. At least one callback would have been nice. Maybe a recurring Easter egg in the background. 😆 like Where's Waldo but it's Where's Suki lol. ❤️😈
Look at her hair
And one scene later... XD

Just one bonus (it's simply cool)
So I’m rewatching the series, decided to see if there’s any good details I missed and I found something a little small. It makes me so mad that Chloe literally watches Lucifer get shot in the stomach by Malcolm, watches him die. Then when he comes back to life, Chloe says “I thought you died”, then brushes off the fact that she saw him get shot in the stomach and doesn’t care that all of a sudden there’s no bullet wound. Re watching this show is reminding me how mad some of the ways they chose to have Chloe react to things she sees about Lucifer when she doesn’t “know” yet.
Loved seasons 1-5.
Then a cement block was dropped on the show, in season 6 and that blocks name was Rory.
She had to be one of the worst characters ever.
She is a whiny, bossy, know-it-all, with no personality and just totally grating. I wasn't particularly fond of the actress either.
In no way did she look like she could have been the child of Lucifer and Chloé.
Lucifer's daughter would have at least a smidgen of sex appeal and charisma. She had none of either.
The entire season was totally boring and irritating due to Rory. Season 6 could have been so much better
Just finished the show (devastated). Anyone know a good alternative to Lucifer? Not necessarily a spinoff but a good alternative that gives the same kind of vibe.
While re-watching episode nine, I had a thought. God tells Amenadiel >!That Charlie was mortal.!< Even though, later in the series, that is proven wrong. However, I don't think he was lying. At least, not at the time. Later on >!God becomes mortal. And hides his powers inside Charlie's rattle.!< I believe he did this full and well knowing what he was doing. And that a small portion of his omnipotent powers would rub off on him, granting Amenadiel's wish.
He is God, after all. And "God works in mysterious ways," after all.
