If you know anything about Power Girl and her origins you know the series won't resist it (plus there was a Harley Quinn/Power Girl comic series)
Anyone else catch when Clayface first shapeshifts into Perry White and does his monologuing, when he's done the actual Perry White says "I don't sound like that."
Alan Tudyk voices both Perry White and Clayface. So yes, he does sound like that lol.
I’m saying this because, so far, this season has been pretty underwhelming. It feels all over the place—they just can’t seem to stick with one plotline. Every episode introduces something new, but instead of fully developing it, they either drop it too soon or shift focus to something else entirely. There’s no real sense of direction, and it’s starting to feel more like a scattered collection of ideas rather than a cohesive story.
I really thought he was going to come save Ivy when she was struggling in The Green. He's the only other character we've seen with a connection to it (I was shocked when Frank tapped in tbh lol), and he's clearly the most prominent protector of it. I'm sad he was nowhere to be found because our girl was getting mollywopped left and right!
...and get shat on by a Saint Bernards if Ivy created him?
Didn't we see green kid ivy in earlier seasons? That seemed like a departure from her origin story while this is more a reinforcement, so no shade, just curious.

He drives me CRAZY. His gimmick and voice is annoying as hell, and seeing him in the thumbnail immediately filled me with dread.
JUST BRING BACK JOKER IF YOU WANNA USE ALAN TUDYK. IM SO SICK OF CLAYFACE.

I love the episode were Harley tries to babysit shark king kids but it would be cool to know their names.
Title
Bane's already a recurring character in Harley Quinn, and is deservedly a popular character in that show. With his promotion to being part of the main crew in Kite Man: Hell Yeah, though, it seems like Bane is the main character about as much as, if not more than Kite Man himself, given how much screentime he gets in that show. For a show with "Kite Man" in the title, Bane sure steals the show a lot. Not that it's a bad thing (given his popularity); I just wanted to donate my two cents to the matter.
Rewatching everything to find this scene where someone (not Todd) doesn't remember Bane and he sadly says "...it's me, Bane...from 'splosions!"
TIA 🫠💣
I'm rewatching the show to watch the new episodes because it's been a while, but I just finished S2 E4 where Mr. Freeze gives up his life so Nora could live. Why couldn't they have just kidnapped someone and used them? Yes he was most woke, but he's still a villain who has definitely killed before. There is nothing special about his blood, if anything it should be the worst to use because of his condition with the suit temp thing.
I just think they were a bit lazy and wanted to kill him off which I wish they didn't, but that part is preferential rather than factual.
When are we finally going to get Power Girl in this show? Season 5 seems like the perfect time for her to be introduced as a new main cast member since Harley and Ivy move to Metropolis. Maybe they know they wouldn't be able to stop making big boob jokes so they refrain out of self control lol. But in all seriousness, I've been reading the current Power Girl comic and falling in love with her as a character and I think that she would be a great addition to the cast. Also if she got her own spin off that'd be dope too bc then they could introduce characters from her supporting cast in the current comic like former Teen Titan Omen and her Asgardian love interest.
As a fan of DC comics, and especially Batman, at first I kinda liked Harley Quinn. It was fun, even if the plot wasn't anything special. But with where the show is now I'm just curious: Am I crazy or is it just bad?
Now I have to get it out of the way because I know there's going to be someone who will assume, my problem with the show is not Ivy and Harley being together. While I'm not a fan with their relationship for plenty of reasons, none of them are because they're lesbian.
That being said, my main problem with the show is just the character assassination it does on just about everyone. Batman is this sad has been desperately trying to cling onto any shred of being what he used to be for a good chunk of the show. Gordon is just sick of everyone's shit and honestly seems to be crashing out. Batgirl is portrayed as a snot nosed wannabe. Damian of all people is portrayed as a child. And I mean... He is a child but a scan of just about any Batman comic will show you that he isn't supposed to act like once. Nightwing has an existential crisis and decides at one point that he might as well kill himself Bane is a fucking joke. For that matter, most of the villains are a fucking joke. Darkseid shows up with the equivalent of a Greek choir behind him and is voiced by Keith David of all people. Don't get me wrong, he's an amazing VA, but he's not Darkseid.
The list goes on and it just gets to the point where it's kinda ridiculous. I get the show is supposed to be a comedy, but one look at a different DC property like Creature Commandos or Doom Patrol and you'd see that being a comedy isn't an excuse for poor character writing.
One thing I find interesting about season 2 is that it’s kind of separated in two distinct halves. The first story arc is on Harley’s conflict with the Injustice League and the second focuses on her potential romance with Ivy and Dr. Psycho becoming the main villain. Overall, which story arc do you like more?
Anybody knows if theres going to be another comic of the series?
Since Harley and Ivy I've been a couple in the show for a good while now, and ignoring that Harley's mom tried to straight up get her own daughter assassinated just because people now hate her for being the mother of Harley Quinn, ignore that like it never happened for the sake of the question
Do y'all think of Harley introduced Ivy to her mom, do y'all think Harley's mom Shannon would like Ivy or do y'all think she would be one of those mother-in-laws that doesn't like her daughter-in-law?
