So during the ending of episode 1 of the series Premire The Joker's lair (Funhouse) was destroyed but in episode 2 it's getting rebuilt I'm wondering during the gaps of episode one and two where did he stayed for the rest of the time
I only see the first 2 seasons available on Netflix and Amazon Prime in Canada.
Listen I know I’m late to the game a bit but it is so fucking funny to me that they gave Joker a CPAP machine in S3E6. Like, in case it wasn’t obvious enough he was a suburban step dad, gotta give the man sleep apnea 😂
I was thinking about a comment I made a while back about Terra's hulking muscular design in this show makes me really curious to see Beast Boy in this series. Someone else mentioned she's based off a different character named Terra, regardless it'd be pretty on-brand to have a Beast Boy who's into muscle mommies.
This made me think how on-brand it would for the rest of the Teen Titans to be grown-up child celebrities in this universe.
Starfire has an extreme amount of plastic surgery to try to fit in with "earthling beauty standards." She runs an "alternative medicine" company like Gwenyth Paltrow but with disgusting alien products.
Beast Boy is professional streamer and E-Boy who does unhinged/dangerous David Dobrik style giveaways.
Cyborg has a fitness podcast despite literally being bionic and it's clear he peaked at 18 and can't find a girlfriend.
Raven disappeared from media and went to college then resurfaced to write a book and make a documentary about having a literal demon for a dad.
I'm kind of of two minds lately. On the one hand, part of me is looking forward to season 5. With the original showrunners and producer Dean Lorey returning, it sounds like Harley Quinn has potential to be great. And, despite my misgivings, season 4 teased and setup a lot of interesting ideas in its finale.
On the other hand, season 3 also had some promising teases in its finale and we all saw how that turned out in season 4. So, I'm kind of taking a "once bitten, twice shy" approach. I'm afraid of being deeply disappointed by the show again.
Anyone else kind feel the same? Or at least have similar sentiments?
If ya see my art being shared without credit please let me know. Kudos to Brandon McKinney to whom I asked permission to do a redrawing of his art
Ok so if Waynestagram is Instagram in the HQ universe what would the other social media's be called (like Youtube,Twitter/X,Reddit,Discord,ect.)
At some point in the show, King Shark mentions he had an Ex-Girlfriend called Leslie. Since Tabitha’s gone back to the kingdom, and clearly doesn’t like him, anyone think season 5 will mention Leslie again? Maybe dive into how she was toxic with him?
Just a passing thought I had.
Ever since season 3, I've felt that the show has been trying to figure out how to keep the show going after season 2 basically resolved most of the plot lines.
Now that Harley is together with Ivy (and I love seeing their relationship, don't get me wrong), it feels like there's nowhere left for their characters or the plot to go without it feeling repetitive.
By season 4, it became glaring that the show had become aimless with the way it abandoned the setup from season 3, got rid of Harley's crew, and got convoluted with random plot points.
So now as we head into season 5, I'm left asking if there's really anywhere for the show left to go without it overstaying its welcome and feeling desperate?
Thoughts?
JIM FUCKING GORDON. This dude has got me in stitches every single time he’s on the screen. He’s my favorite character and I cannot wait for the next season.
Love him. Him being soft on the egg/pasta while thinking of Nora makes me feel things. Even before this, absolutely loved him.
All my manga manhwa ML preference is for guys like him. My favorite series is “Not Another Typical Romance Fantasy” and bane is giving the same vibe if it was just a bit different. Oh himbos.
The title of the post says it all. Just looking for a little fun activity to do.
It's probably more than likely because how it acually first started as a love for high speed chases with the cops and she's a criminal and supervillain...get it?
I'm making a video and I wanna use it, I think the card might have exploded.
