(Not really NSFW, but it's Cherry Poptart, so I figured I'd avoid bruising delicate sensibilities). It has the cover price of $2.50, so it's printing 2, 3 or 4. But how can one tell after that? Trying to figure it out so I can get it slabbed. The $2.50 numerals are all the same size, with a . between the numbers, and the numbers are all the same size. ISBN 0-86719-140-6, though using various ISBN lookups it says it's not valid (I know the first printing is 9780867191400). Would appreciate anybody's help...
1st appearance of the New Mutants
Hipcomic says my most valuable comic is The New Teen Titans 44 1988 at $88. But I can find multiple copies on ebay for under $5.
I don't see that my hipcomic setting is for a special variant or grade. This is the only one of dozens that doesn't make sense.
How is hipcomic coming up with this price?
This little guy set me back a whole 2 dollars
I decided to follow Dick Grayson’s most influential moments in CGC grades and tbh Im really happy about getting the Tales of the Teen Titans 44 signed by both Wolfman and Perez.
Grabbed some beautiful McFarlane covers today
I wasn’t going to pick up anything but realized Power of Shazam 3 is signed by Jerry Ordway and I also needed that issue for the run. Also needed the Captain Atom’s for the run.
I can’t argue with Machine Man for $1. I skipped Geiger and Red Coat when they came out so I figured it was a good place to start.
Love simpsons comics. Stupid corny fun.
Still figuring out what to do with it, of anything. Not in great shape. Pretty sure I had this autographed in person at a convention in Manhattan when I was a kid. I remember waiting on line and meeting Liefeld and MacFarlane on the same day.
These were the highlights of my Black Friday acquisitions. The Dr. Strange was 50% off and the Luke Cage and Conan were 70% off!
Unfortunately titled Fairmount Potatoe Chip giveaway.
Deadpool #69 the last issue on the 1st main run of Deadpool (vol3 1997)
