She's pretty oversaturated across all of DC and Lex needs to make up for lost time.
Here are my three reasons why
I can totally imagine Brown incorporating kyrptonite into his animal experiments, because he anticipates Superman posing a threat to his revenge plans.
Since they both come from farming backgrounds, maybe Clark could know the Brown family personally. He could try to offer some help when Brown is court ordered to halt his experiments, but because Brown's too prideful he refuses and goes straight on to his revenge plot. This could create a interesting theme for the story about not being too proud to accept help. Even Superman needs help every now and then, and he's never ashamed to admit it.
We could see how strong Emmylou's beef steroids really are, by having her and Supergirl Duke it out.
So it's pretty clear that this show borrows stylistically a bit from Anime, but I just got to episode 4 and the jacket repair scene. Aside from the emotional context of the scene, so many details are almost exactly like Steins;Gate. A guy rips his coat, woman sews it up while they sit on the stairs and talk affectionately. Admittedly in Steins;Gate it's more banterish and tsundere with both characters, but an additional detail while not from this scene in particular for Steins;Gate, is the female character discussing her difficult relationship with her father. What do you guys think? Massive coincidence? Or deliberate reference?
,
Also does anyone know if Steins;Gate itself was referencing something itself with that scene that may actually be the direct inspiration for this scene?
It just hit me so hard how familiar this scene was but then it occurred to me the idea of shared inspiration and just found the whole concept pretty interesting.
Okay look, I been thinking about if we gotten MAWS shorts like between the actual episodes or between seasons, like the shorts would be more about the lives of the characters, stuff that we don't know about or seen in the actual episodes. Like some would have some character growth or something.
One of my ideas is to have a short focusing on Jimmy and his family life since out of everyone in main cast, we don't much about Jimmy's family besides the fact that he visits his parents every weekends, something he mentioned in s1 ep8, like we get to meet his parents and (hopefully) his siblings if they exist in this show and they are up to now.
But what do you guys think of this idea and what shorts ideas do you have or want to see from this show?
That's my Question
Superman has a pretty good Rogues Gallery that many writers don't see the potential in that includes the Villains he shares with other Super Heroes in the DC universe
So with that mind who you wanna see take a shot at the Man of Steel in the 3rd Season or a 4th Season and why? And what would that Super Villain would bring to the table?
And how do you think that Super Villain would be re imagine for the My Adventure with Superman Universe with Anime inspiration and everything
So Lets do this Rogues Gallery Time
So, we’ve seen Lois and Sam, and we’ve heard references to Lois’ Mom before, but do you guys think there’s a chance we’ll see Lucy Lane, Lois’ sister in the comics? I kinda liked her character in the CW’s Supergirl and she could potentially help expand Lois’ and Sam’s characters.
It would be VERY good for the character to have a more silence of life series focusing on daily villains and the mythology of her story like MAWS season 1 and we've never had a WW series and I think MAWS is the best universe for do it now, and Jake could go down in DC history if he could get the first WW animated show. It would also be the best way to expand the lore of MAWS without falling into the cliché of already introducing Batman as a second character just because he is already the most popular.
