What would be y’all’s opinions on a standalone Aquaman game? I think it could be pretty cool and could work out very well, it could be made by the same developers that made the Batman Arkham games cause those games were very successful. What do yall think though?

Early birthday present from my wife is a welcome surprise!!

I had the pleasure of getting these today. I love the original series and the covers are beautiful, so fun and whimsical.

I’m in sight of having the full original run (along with most of what’s come since) and I’d love to display them, has anyone else done this? I can only imagine I’ll have to dedicate a full wall to them.

So, I am currently reading through a lot of Pre-New 52 DC runs. I guess it’s like a highlights reel where I read at least one run for each of the major characters of the DCU and i’m reading most if not all events to kind of get the overall story of Post-Crisis DC.

Recently i’ve been looking into Aquaman and deciding what to read for him, i’ve settled on Peter David’s run (continuing up to issue 75 past his departure) because that seems like what i’ll enjoy the most. However, as i’ve gone on to make my reading order for the run i have found the problem of not knowing where to read each of the five annuals.

So i am asking for your Aquaman specialist knowledge to help me place the annuals where they would best fit the overall storyline. I have some ideas based on my research, i’ll put them below, but if any of my understandings are wrong please correct me and tell me where would be best to put the annual.

Apparently Annual 1 came out after issue 9 so could be read there but i’ve been told that the events of that annual are not relevant until after issue 28 so i could also read it there.

annual 2 is part of the Legends of Dead Earth crossover so it’s kind of like an elseworld crossover and i probably won’t read it but if it’s important then tell me

annual 3 is part of the Ghosts crossover but seems like it will work without reading any other annuals but i don’t know when to read it

annual 4 seems to be a fairly standard annual but i don’t know where to read it

and annual 5 seems to be part of a “JLApe” crossover, so as long as it’s not important to the main Aquaman story i’ll miss that one out until i read JLA

That doesn't explain your dislike towards Aquaman and they refuses to elaborate their reason. Next time when I ask them they say ''Its because amber heard is in this movie''. That still doesn't explain why.

Aquaman movie is the 1st DCEU film to reach 1 Billion and it surpassed every Solo MCU movies. It had high ticket sales beating out the trash avengers infinity war. It is the only DCEU movie to make high box office numbers in 2023.

Im starting to be convinced they make opinions based on the internet and for the clout.

I look Aquaman the same way I look at Flash and Superman. He is in the same league as them.

My 5 year old is a big time Aquaman fan. He's his favorite super hero. Why aren't there more Aquaman clothes for kids? Wouldn't aquaman swim trunks and rash guards make more sense than all the billion different batman, superman spiderman, hulk and captain America ones? I would love to buy my kid a regular aquaman t shirt but all that can even be found, which is very few, are retro style short blond hair versions. My baby doesn't know who that is. He's into long hair super buff Jason Momoa version Aquaman. What's the deal? Is there a special site google can't find with all the Aquaman merch?
