Flying in this afternoon for the game tomorrow. Anyone know of tailgating spots/bars near the stadium? My father and I are flying in so we won't have prime tailgating gear, but would love to meet up with some fellow skoldiers before kickoff!
Title says it all, my son is in love with the Vikes and we are in the northeast. Reasonable ticket price and direct flights… we had nothing on the agenda so I said let’s do this
We’d love to meet up with any Vikings fans, especially if you have kids who like to hang out and play football at a tailgate!
I have been a little busy this week, but I finally got around to writing my Vikings article… kept it short and sweet this week!!! What does everyone think? I am predicting a 30-14 Gophers win over the Jaguars. Give my article a read on my link below if you want some further insight :)
Vikings 6-2 and looking like a formidable team. Only lost to the league best lions by 2. Rams game ended on BS. Anthony Edward’s looking like a bonafide MVP candidate and the wolves looking damn good with a 6-3 start. Wild are 10-2-2 and KK leading the league in points and Gus looking sexy. Lynx won the WNBA title, fuck the refs for jobbing us. And last but not least the gophers beating #11 USC & #24 Illinois in the same season and rolling at 6-3. But yeah since when do things go this well? Maybe just maybe we’ll see our first men’s title since 1992 soon? And I forgot hopefully the Pohlads sell the twins!
Traveling down there this weekend and wondering if there’s anywhere people gather/where the game will definitely be shown.
Thanks and SKOL!
Lawrence just seems more mistake prone while Mac showed promise first year, then got stuck in crap situation and now is sitting there with something to prove.
I am in Florida for work and will be headed to the game alone. Wondering if there are any fellow Vikings fans/Minnesotans hosting tailgates or doing anything beforehand that would take a solo Vikes fan! I'll bring my own beverages etc. Hoping the rain holds off!
I wanted to share a useful resource for keeping up with the latest injury updates and IR players for the Minnesota Vikings as we head into Week 10. Injuries can have a huge impact on the game, and this tool provides up-to-date information on practice reports and players currently on Injured Reserve.
Check out the Vikings' injury report for Week 10 here: BeatADP Injury Report
What's Included:
Stay informed and use this to follow the team's health status as game day approaches. Feel free to share any thoughts or discuss how these injuries might affect the upcoming matchup!
The league really needs to be able to challenge no calls.
Here's a look at week 10's numbers from the Vikings Rooting Guide
Here's how this week's games affect the Vikings' chances:

With both the Vikings and Lions winning last week, the Vikings' chance to make the playoffs went up while the chance to win the division went down. Even if the Vikings beat the Lions in week 18 the Lions currently would win the Common Games tiebreaker because of the Vikings' loss to the Rams.
A Buccaneers loss would currently be the biggest help to the Vikings' playoff chances, because the Buccaneers are most likely to be competing for the 3rd wildcard spot.
The Giants-Panthers game counts about as little as an AFC game at this point, because they are both nearly eliminated from the playoffs. Giants and Colts wins help the Vikings Strength-of-Victory tiebreak.
A Titans loss is currently a bit better than a win because they've lost to the rest of the NFC North while the Vikings still have to play at the Titans next week.
Broncos and Bengals wins help very slightly more often than they hurt, but it could go either way.
In the best case this week (including Eagles over Cowboys), the Vikings' playoff chances go up to around 91%. The same results except Cowboys over Eagles give the Vikings their best chance of earning the top seed in the NFC - a little better than an 18%.
In the worst cases the Vikings' playoff chances drop to 68%, and top seed chances drop to 3%.
The Rooting Guide simulates seasons using current betting lines, and evaluates how each game affects the Vikings' playoff chances.
All values show the difference between the Vikings' chances with the given game result compared to the opposite result.
For example, a Vikings win against the Jaguars gives the Vikings a chance of making the playoffs 14.8% higher than a Vikings loss.
i know turf toe is no joke and he’s listed as LP last two days, and i’m not one to say regardless of injuries that this jags game is gonna be easy but would it just be worth it to save him until next week or possibly at 100% vs the bears?
