Let’s get the win tonight my friends
“You had me a RAS”
How do I stream the Colts game if I don't have cable?
I am not sure how to approach it...
I understand the issues with AR, but it was at least exciting to have hope in a young, new, potentially talented QB.
Of course, I always want to win but as much as I've always liked Flacco, it's uninspiring to have another QB at the end of his career leading the team.
If the plan is to not give up on AR and actually have him study, learn and develop. Let's go Joe.
If the plan is to cut bait so fast in hopes of who knows what. Yawn. I feel less invested. (Unless something were to come out that made this very understandable.)
I wish the long-term plan was more clear for the fans...
Win now? (Good luck) Quarterback carousel? Teach, mentor, develop, keep AR? Give up and move on?
Hello all! I will be attending the game vs Buffalo next week and I wanted to ask if there is a place to get player autographs or pictures? I’m not sure if they greet the fans prior to entering the stadium or if they are usually at a designated area of the stadium. Thanks in advance.
If anyones planning on buying tickets anytime soon, I recommend at least checking www.newcheaptickets.com
The owner puts all of the valid codes that he finds online onto it, and updates it monthly. It works for multiple sites so wherever you buy your tickets should have an extra code to save you some money.
AR has been told for his entire Colts tenure how important he is to the organization. That he is the future; the face of the franchise – and that above all else his health is critically important.
And the Colts have coddled him.
Consider the most recent example: his oblique injury. He exits the game, gets checked out and then comes running back to the sideline only to be told he wouldn't be going back in. Okay, fine...better safe than sorry.
The next week the Colts hold him out. Sure. Maybe once the adrenaline wore off it really was impacting him to where even throwing the ball was painful, but the messaging we received as fans was that "Anthony needs to be 100%" and he wasn't.
The next week? Same story. He isn't 100% so he isn't playing. Okay? He feels well enough to practice at least somewhat, but he isn't "100%" so he can't play?
So then why are we shocked he tapped out? That's what the Colts have done for him his entire career and was reinforced with his latest injury. They only want him out there when he is at 100%, and in that moment he was not feeling 100% so he did what he thought the team wanted.
Bar talk with the bros and one of them said Daniel Jones could lead the colts to the Super Bowl. He said the colts should trade for him because he’s 27 and could potentially run an elite offense. How does the reddit community feel about Jones?
I told bro that he had too many drinks tonight..
My 7 year old son and I are coming to indy next week for the colts vs bills game. We won't have a car but I am wondering what the game day tailgating is like. We've lived in NOLA for a while and are hitting different bills games each year with a point of seeing the whole experience. I grew up in Buffalo and tailgating is pretty inviting where I'm from.
Are people pretty open to letting us hang out if we wander around with a six pack and some Gatorade. We won't be looking to do much but throw some footballs and just see what your pregame is all about. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Imma start off with this, I still believe in Anthony Richardson even with the when "tired" situation.
I think he could have relay the message to the Coaches or play it off like he injury just to get extra breather. Lastly, he should not admit publicly that hes "tired" Infront of the media.
So what next?
Flacco is in. If we win it out, great! We in the playoffs.
If we loose next several games, what Shane/Chris Ballard going to do to prepare AR in the off-season?
Do we resign Flacco for the next two years agreement so AR can learn from him?
Can we bring Cam Newton as a mentor/coach to train AR? They both have similar built so Cam Newton know how to prepare AR.
Are we going to trade him? Is there any prospect QB in next year draft?
Bum head coach and a bum GM. They draft the rawest QB prospect in the draft and then bench him after 10 starts. He hasn’t been good but MPJ and AD did him zero favors against the Texans.
The guy needs reps so let’s sit him for old ass Joe Flacco. This team is going nowhere with Flacco. I’m so fucking sick of old stop-gap QBs
Just play AR! Either he gets better and things look good or he doesn’t and you have a high draft pick to take someone new. I have zero interest in watching Joe Flacco try to get this team to 9 wins. Wasting the rest of the season
At least with AR playing I was hopeful he’d make some good plays and progress, now what? Hope we sneak into the playoffs with Flacco, get crushed, and then go into next year with Joe Flacco as QB1?? Jesus Christ. Fire Ballard
Is our future screwed?
Two QBs no one knew who was gonna start till Pickens accidentally leaked Russ would start out of their locker. For 6 weeks they asked about Russ and Fields. Tomlin just said. “Decision isn’t made yet.” Then when it was time for Russ. He just said “Russ is starting”
Like front office can we lock the fuck back down. Like holy shit. Just tell them, we’re focused on the Vikings, joe is our QB this week.
We don’t need the “we talked to him for 45 mins to make him feel better” like wtf. Be a business. Win games. Stop telling other teams everything that we’re doing and what’s going on.
Us fans are used to it and will survive! So lock in Colts.
The timing both times is truly uncanny.
With the current state of the colts season do y’all think we should be selling or making moves before the deadline? In my opinion we’re not a Super Bowl caliber team let alone playoff bound. I think we should try to sell d Buck for draft capital, same for Braden smith or Q Nelson, Pittman. These veterans want to win and I don’t see this team winning anything anytime soon. We should seriously think about trading valuable players on expensive contracts for future picks and young players. We haven’t even used Pittman all season and he’s a top 5 paid guy on our offense. We got pierce downs and AD to develop. There’s teams who are looking to win now and need depth at positions. We have high paid guys we can use as leverage to set us up for the future. I wish we would just play AR all season so we can judge him by the end if he’s the guy our not. Flacco could get us to the playoffs but we would lose first or second round garunteed. I believe it’s time to sell some of the guys I mentioned to prepare for the future. Anyone else have an opinion on this?
