Chances Grier gets fired?
I'm ready for a change in management and think the Dolphins should fire him ASAP. There isnt enough time in the day to dive into his failings during his tenure as GM, but I'm worried that the Fins are going to string along some wins towards the end of the season, blame injury luck for our lack of success the last few years, and run it back...
What are the chances that Grier saves his job after this season is over?
