Hello everyone. Lifetime chiefs fan here (grew up watching them with my father who is a big fan). Last year my now ex-husband and I attended our first in person game. It was KC vs Eagles. We were rushed and it was storming so we had very little time do much of anything besides get there right before the game and then go straight home after. I hoped to go back this year and try it again. I decided that even with us divorcing I would go to a game by myself and bought a ticket to KC vs Raiders. As a female going up alone are there any suggestions of safe places to eat, or ideas of safe ways to find tailgating options? I would love to have the full experience this time but have no connections with anyone else who attends them games. Thanks ❤️💛
Call me crazy, but I do not think we've seen the best of Mahomes yet. And yet he's still won 3 rings. I think these next 5 years will be peak Mahomes. I remember when he first got into the league he was doing all sorts of crazy things. The highlights were things we've never seen before. But I don't think Mahomes had yet developed mental mastery of the defense yet. Also, he wasn't as good of a game manager or situational QB back then. He's been getting consistently better at this. I'm not so sure early career Mahomes drives that team down the field to score a TD in overtime. Another year of downloading information. I remember Tom Brady was asked what made him a better QB in his 30s than he was in his 20s and he said "I've seen everything". This is where Mahomes is headed now. As great as Mahomes has been I think he's got 1 more gear to hit.
Listen, before you call me crazy. Chaos has ensued since Rashee Rice was suspended leaving the WR room playing musical chairs. Hear me out, this is NOT that crazy.
Opposite our true WR1 HOLLYWOOD Brown we have WR2 which is a mystery for now. We currently have 2 (yes 2) FIRST ROUND CALIBER wide receivers in our depth chart: Xavier Worthy and ... Justyn Ross.
Its all about styles people and Justyn Ross is better suited for WR2 that Xavier Worthy is. I'll put my money on the depth chart aligning:
Until the Rice cooker is back.
EDIT: I don't believe Rice won't be suspended
I have two more flags that are elsewhere. But I thought this worth sharing because I’m sure I’m not the only one with extra Ronald McDonald House flags with no home.
I saw a post on here a couple months ago about people not receiving their sports illustrated Super Bowl edition. I still haven’t gotten mine.. has anyone else still not received theirs? All I have is an order number not any tracking information. Has anyone been able to get theirs tracked down or gotten it in the mail a few months later? Guess I shouldn’t have ordered from a company that just laid everyone off lol

Hi Everyone! I am so excited that I'll be taking my Grandad, a lifelong KC diehard fan, to Arrowhead this year! We are coming from Canada.
I've searched the sub for hotel reccomendations but I was wondering if someone could reccomened something that is quiet - even if it's 45 mins to an hour away. A lot of the reccomendations are for downtown, power and light (? I think, forgive me if I got that wrong) district or mention hotels with bars. We don't drink and we'd prefer to avoid traffic and crowds (apart from Game Day of course!).
Any other suggestions for things to do are welcome. We are coming for the weekend. I might take him to Negro Leagues Baseball Museum if he's up for it.
Thanks everyone. Much appreciated. I don't know the area at all and I want to make it perfect for him!

Hi everyone, I've found this jersey (second hand) and i'm not really sure if it's legit or not, can anyone help me pls?
Kadarius Toney has so much potential- we’ve seen him run, he’s got good legs. He’s shown a decent catching ability in the past but somehow continues to be sir-drops-a-lot
I genuinely think he has untapped potential with his hands. I don’t know why all of a sudden KT became one of the worst wide receivers in the NFL but it’s so strange that I feel like it has to be fixable
So my question is do yall think Kadarius Toney can be a genuinely good WR for this organization or is he cursed to be the clown of KC for one more season and then leave?
Also does anyone know why he wears a headscarf?
People don’t want to believe me when I say the Chiefs dynasty will go down as more hated than the Patriots dynasty simply because the Chiefs dynasty is happened during the rise & peak of Social Media while a lot of the Patriots dynasty came when social media wasn’t around yet. Mahomes, Kelce, Reid & KC are more marketable star personalities that are in the media way more than Brady & Belichick ever were.
This chart I found by Sports Keeda completely shows and justifies why Veach traded up and used his first round pick on Xavier Worthy. The Chiefs have won back to back Super Bowls but they’ve done it by completely adjusting their offense because while they’ve won, Tyreek Hill wasn’t joking when he said the offense wouldn’t be the same without him and I’d say he’s been proven right in that aspect because Patrick Mahomes deep ball statistics have rapidly declined since Hill’s departure and the deep ball has been awful and non existent.
Mahomes deserves credit for adjusting his game so quickly and winning MVP immediately following Tyreek in 2022-23 by becoming ultra efficient throwing short behind the LOS to 9 yards and intermediate 10-19 yards but this year we saw just how frustrating it was on Mahomes & the entire offense not having real track speed deep threats for defensive secondaries to fear. They at least respected MVS & Hardman in 2022-23 but once they saw how badly MVS & Hardman declined not being able to track and catch the deep ball, it completely took away their fear of getting beat w the deep ball and they started coming up and playing press. It made life harder on Kelce & Rice.
I mean whenever MVS did catch a deep ball last year which was seldom he had to be completely facing the ball and Mahomes throwing it to him for him to catch it, taking away any chance for YAC & Hardman only caught 1 deep pass last year, the one in the Super Bowl. The offense clearly needs real track speed deep threats that defenses will fear & respect combined with Mahomes arm, that should always be a staple in this offense. Andy’s West Coast offense X Mahomes Air Raid abilities and that’s why they signed Hollywood Brown who runs a 4.27 and drafted Worthy who ran a 4.21, it was as much about fitting the system and what they needed as much as to why Veach drafted Worthy.
Hollywood & Worthy fit the exact archetype Reid & Mahomes like in their wide receivers and both are in the best situation possible for them to unlock all talent and potential and we don’t need either of them to by Tyreek Hill, but we need them to be better than MVS, & Hardman playing their roles as deep threats cause if they are it makes life easier on Kelce, Rice & Pacheco and I don’t see how a defense stops that. KC has one without real speed but Tyreek was right when he said they wouldn’t be the same without speed and this offense is clearly more terrifying and at its peak when defenses have speed to fear with Mahomes arm. You’re also maximizing Mahomes abilities with his arm again W Hollywood & Worthy compared to these last two years. Mahomes should never be at the bottom of the league in average depth of target and air yards per completion and TD’s again.
With Sneed gone, I'm feeling like we need to get a vet in there. Similar to how we worked with Breeland a few seasons ago. Not someone who's gonna come in and be a top-5 CB, but someone with toughness and experience. I absolutely love McDuffie, but I don't want to see him move out of the slot, and having Williams/Watson as our outside guys feels risky to me. They both played great 2 years ago when they needed to, but you can see the skill drop off between them and Sneed/McDuffie. They're serviceable, but they have a ceiling you can see pretty clearly. The only thing that makes me feel better is how incredibly stacked our safety room is. If someone does sneak by, they'll be there to put the hammer down.
It took me a minute to think of something I thought could be a good offseason discussion again. We’ve had Nagy back for a couple of years. We’re back to back Super Bowl champs now. However, it’s common knowledge that Reid is calling the plays.
I have a lingering suspicion that if it weren’t for a few vets jamming up offensive players for mistake we wouldn’t have tightened up towards the end of the year. A few players have already stated that they missed Bienemy’s accountability which leads me to believe that Nagy doesn’t show as much attention to detail during game preps/practice. What do y’all think so far?

I think its pretty safe to say that the loser out of Rashee Rice's rise was Skyy Moore. In the offense they shared a slightly similar role as slot guys that can move outside and with the horrid fall off of Kadarius Toney he was also given an opportunity to get confidence back on manufactured touches.
Surprised to see so many people giving up on Moore. With Rice being out Im going all in on him as the second guy in a very uncertain depth chart. Don't forget he was SOLID when taking that hybrid spot that Rice has left open.
He has to breakout for his own good too and I doubt he will miss his chance. I have my money on him 🤑
Creed was the 2022 breakout Chief. And McDuffie was the 2023 breakout Chief. I'm predicting a MONSTER season from Hollywood in 2024. Would not surprise me to see him push for 1400 yards.
When he was first signed I figured we were getting something like a 31 year old over the hill speed guy. Seems like he's been around for a while. Looked him up and he doesn't turn 27 until June. Still plenty young enough to have some serious juice left in those legs. And he's not just a speed guy. He's a very underrated route runner and can track the ball well.
Then you have to consider that he's never actually been utilized correctly. He came from a very run heavy Ravens offense. With a lot of focus on heavy personnel and ground and pound. And he still went for 1000 yards in that system. Then he went to the Cardinals to play with Micro-Kyler.
Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes will not waste this talent.
Saw this posted by NFL, figured we would love it around here.
