This is a great read with some really compassionate and amazing stories about Tomlin from his former players.
If Russ leads us to a playoff victory, I say we all have to go to subway and order a dangerwich in his honor.
I mean outside of football. It would be hilarious if he does. I tried Google and couldn't find it.
My mom and I are headed to the Ravens game on the 21st and we'd love to join a Steelers tailgate. Any a yinz gonna be posting up at M&T? Or know of any?
Was watching the preview of Hard Knocks and was wondering if anyone knew the brand name for this hat? I couldn’t find it anywhere
Obviously 2022 was bad, and for a variety of reasons, some Wilson, some coach and org.
But while the team results weren't there in 2023 (70-20 Dolphins game, anyone?), he certainly did enough for most teams to win.
Yet I keep seeing articles assert that he was bad in '23. The Broncos moved on because they had a coaching change after 2022, Wilson wasn't Payton's "guy", and it avoided having to pay some extra money. Which is fine, that's their prerogative.
Ben Skowronek, Darnell Washington, Broderick Jones and Zach Frazier seemed hungry on Sunday. Any others that I forgot to include?
Thank you in advance to anyone who checks it or my channel out 🙏🏽

Tomlin has already passed Cowher on the all-time steelers (and all time head coach) wins list.
if we assume another non-losing season next year (2026), then there is a high probability that he passes Chaz next season.
cowher has 149 regular season wins. meaning, the steelers have THREE coaches that have at least 149 regular season wins... three consecutive coaches at that.
no other team has more than one coach with 149+ wins.
eleven other teams have only one coach with 149+ wins for that team
SOS - this used to have a very different meaning for the steelers pre-chuck noll.
one more item, here's the top 5 head coaches ranked by wins with a single team:
here we go!
My dad doesn't share alot about his past (primarily due to Vietnam); however, he mentioned that he and my mom went somewhere (shopping center?) for a free signing by a new rookie- Joe Greene (maybe before he was known as Mean Joe). My dad, also, doesn't like to ask anyone for anything, but the real truth of the matter is that he did not walk away with a signed headshot (I believe) because he was too intimidated - even though Joe was a rookie. My dad's no slouch; but even at that time, my dad saw him as Mean Joe :) Anyhow, I want to print an 8x10 picture and make a snide comment on the photo as a Christmas gift for him, so I don't want to ruin an autographed photo on Ebay with my remark on the photo. We no longer live in the Burgh, so the Strip is not an option. Peace in Black & Gold.
Finally got to break out this bad boy.

Most of you know this but, Justin (case) Fields plays more than 50% of the snaps this season, we have to give the Bears a 4th round pick in 2025. If not, we only have to give a 6th.
As of the end of the Bungles game, Russell Wilson now has 416 snaps or 50.42% while Fields has 407 or 49.33%.
