Nixon kick return potential with kick off rule changes

Why do I feel like I haven't seen anyone talk about this may be why we signed him to that contract. Dude is a beast returning kicks.. this rule change could lead to this guy becoming an absolute all pro game changer. Meanwhile everyone's worried about him as the slot corner. Just a thought. I just can't help but to think of him and Reed on a designed kick return... piss starts burning

Where to sit for my first game at Lambeau?

Hey all, my wife and I are planning to go to our first Packer game this season, the Texans game on October 20th. I am wondering which part of the stadium we should be in for a great First Time experience. Behind the Packers bench, or near an end zone? Should we save a little money and sit in the nosebleeds? If you could redo your first experience in the stadium, where would you choose to sit? Thanks for your advise!

    Which game do I Choose!?!?

Need pros and cons for each of these.

I have just been offered a chance to go to any 1 of these three games.

    October 13 ARIZONA CARDINALS

    October 20 HOUSTON TEXANS

    October 27 @ Jacksonville Jaguars

Context, I have 2 young kids, so this will be very quick no matter what game I choose. As in, not a vacation, will have to be back home ASAP.

I live in FL(from Wisconsin), so Jacksonville is an attractive choice because it's the least amount of work on my part. BUT LAMBEAU!

I haven't been to an NFL game in over a decade, so I want to make it a good experience given my circumstances.

    Dofu sports app

I see posts a lot about how to watch games. If you download the app you will get every nfl, nba, and mlb game free. It’s free I’m sure someone who knows more about technology would be able to figure out how to get it on a tv Iam not good at technology but wanted everyone to know there is a free option.

    Gift From a Neighbor

My fiancé let a neighbor use their phone in the middle of the night because he got locked out of his place, he left this for us on our doorstep this morning saying he was greatful, and it's the sickest jersey to ever exist

What tv or streaming service is best for West Coast fans?

I don't have cable but want to watch the most Pack games as possible from home. I'm based in AZ, best suggestions for this next season?

Hello all! I'm a brand new Packers fan and kind of a football noob in general.

Is there a bus from Oneida casino to drop off and pick up

Going to be staying at the Oneida casino and am hoping not to drive to the game. Is there a bus that picks people up and drops them off or is Uber the option?

Gold Package Games & the "Milwaukee Crowd"

There’s a lot of slander thrown at Gold Package ticket holders, especially this year since they got all the divisional games. People say that they sell their tickets more often…or if they actually go to the game, they don’t cheer hard enough, boo too often, and leave early. As a Gold Package holder myself who has gone to Gold, Green, and playoff games, I don’t think these things are true, but it got me curious…how much of the Gold Package games are TRULY made up of the maligned “Milwaukee Crowd” that people complain about? I did a brief rundown of the numbers (with credit to Ryan Ferguson and his great write-up) https://ryanferguson.co.uk/blogs/blog/green-bay-packers-season-ticket-waiting-list

When GB moved the Milwaukee games up to Green Bay in 1995 (30 years ago!), there were 46,000 ticket holders for Milwaukee games, and 97% accepted this Lambeau Gold Package offer. That gives us 44,600 tickets for the 1995 season.

The Packers waiting list moves, on average, about 300 seats per year. Multiplied by 30 years, that’s 9,000 more seats that have been given up by original Gold Package holders.  Plus, in 2001 when they created a seat fee for stadium renovation, an additional 7,000 ticket holders declined to renew in one year, due to the extra cost. Assuming half of those were Gold Package, that’s 3,500 more seats gone.

What we are left with is about 32,000 seats that could possibly be original County Stadium ticket holders. With a capacity of 81,441 seats, Lambeau Field contains AT MOST 39% “Milwaukee Crowd” on those days. And it’s almost certainly less considering the turnover on Gold Package tickets is higher than Green Package.

We are all Packer fans, and this talk that the Gold Package games are somehow lesser is pretty unfair when nearly two-thirds of the stadium is people who never went to a Milwaukee game ever, and are lumped into this shit talking by Green Package elitists that say they aren't worthy fans.

Any one know the best time to buy tickets?

Hey everyone. I live in Los Angeles and a packer fan (blame the nfl leaving for my entire childhood). I really wanna go to the packer game at Sofi against the rams. Tickets right now are going for $170 aftermarket. Do prices go down drastically or should I just buy them now? Ik packer fans are everywhere and travel well so I expect pricer tickets than sucker teams. Any advice when I should buy?

Houston Texans Fan Coming in Peace

Hey guys! First off, I'm sorry if this isn't allowed. I'm a Texans fan from Houston coming in peace. I plan to make the trip to Lambeau Field in October to check off a long time bucket list item of mine. I've always wanted to check out Lambeau as the Packers have been my "second team" for as long as I can remember.

That being said, I need recommendations. Bars, food, things to do, where to tailgate, park, everything! I appreciate y'all and if you can find me that weekend I'll buy a beer.

Guess Your Age Based on Packers Performance

I was curious what the Packers' record was against fellow NFC North Teams. I was actually surprised at how dominant the Packers have been. I thought it would be fun to try and guess peoples ages by the Packers performance. Without giving actual record (kind of gives it away) here we go:

    The Packers beat

    The Bears the most

    The Lions the second most

    The Vikings the least.

Hints: The Packers are 4-0 against NFC North teams in the playoffs in my life time. I was alive for the NFC Central (and did not feel like checking record against the Buccaneers).

You can use this site to help you out: https://www.statmuse.com/nfl/ask/vikings-vs-packers-record-last-100-years (I edited the year for the URL to not give it away but you can customize by team and years)

**EDIT - corrected hint to say 4-0 in the playoffs.

First time to Lambeau, need advice.

Hey Pack fans, 49ers fan coming in peace.

My girlfriend and I are going to be coming to the November game (shes a Packers fan and has been wanting to go to Lambeau her whole life).

Neither of us have been to Wisconsin. We are going to make a full 4-5 night mini vacation out of the trip. We are driving from St Louis, so we have a car to accomodate.

We're in our early 40s if that makes a difference.

Just wondering thoughts on if staying in Milwalkee and just driving in on Sunday would be a better plan than staying in GB? Are there pros/cons to either city? More cool spots to check out in one city or the other?

Gameday traffic a problem? Parking or is shuttle/public transport to the game available and easy?

Looking for some cool restaurants, cheap/free museums or (probably indoor) activities?

Airbnb in a cool neighborhood or just cheap hotel it?

We havent had a vacation in a long time, so we want to make the most of it.

Thanks for any advice. We are stoked to visit!
