    Help Mount Ida Forest Massacre!

Dear all green lovers Canada-based gold-mining company Alamos Gold, Inc. has started to search for gold in the Kaz (Ida) Mountains in Northwestern Turkey. The total area that has been allocated to the company for gold search is around 3500 hectares (equivalent to 6540 football fields). According to the satellite images, the mining activity in the region has already resulted in the destruction of about 200,000 trees and counting (which is already more than 4 times the initial number of trees that had been planned to be cut down according to the environmental impact report that was published before the project was approved).
I am inviting you all to Çanakkale,Turkey to protect the world's oxygen resource. At least you can sign petition https://www.change.org/p/pressure-alamos-gold-to-stop-forest-massacre-in-turkey-alamosgoldinc-canada-justintrudeau?recruiter=20565481&utm_source=share_petition&utm_medium=twitter&utm_campaign=psf_combo_share_initial&recruited_by_id=3a1aaff0-2605-0130-b13c-38ac6f16cbb1&share_bandit_exp=initial-16983504-en-US&share_bandit_var=v0&lang=en-US
