Hi, I downloaded Reddit just for this because it was bothering me ever since I contacted them.

But then I noticed there was another url for support contact, this: https://support.eu.square-enix.com/

no-reply.customerservice@eu.square-enix.com This right here seems to be the auto reply address of the one I contacted.

I apologize if this is a dumb question but it’s a bit weird that there are 2 websites to contact them, they both look different from each other as well.

I contacted their support on March 6th, because I ended up buying the game digitally and the shipment was delayed by a week which I took PTO to play the game so that wouldn't have worked out. I was told it was no issue for a refund once the product was received back, and they have had my game for weeks now and now tell me they're still working on the refund and that "we apologize however we are unable to provide any estimate regarding a possible solution/fix for this issue". How am I supposed to feel about that when they have my game, and I'm going on 2 months waiting for a refund?? Has anyone else experienced this or still waiting on a refund?

I bought these 3 on sale and now im faced with crippling indecision, what would y'all recommend starting with?

Hi- I'm an artist and I absoulutely LOVE Square Enix games. I was wondering if anyone knows if they do internships at the los angeles office?

I purchased the digital collectors edition for Dawntrail. Which also allows access to Endwalker & Shadowbringer expansions. There is no documentation on any website that states I will not have access to Endwalker & Shadowbringer expansions until Dawntrail is released.

However even after my purchase. I still don’t have access to the Endwalker or Shadowbringer expansions. I called Square ENIX support, spoke to them for an hour as they tried to convince me it was documented on the Xbox Microsoft store, the Square ENIX site and the Final Fantasy XIV.

I reviewed every site with the customer service rep site and found no documentation stating the Endwalker or Shadowbringer expansions would only be accessible after the Dawntrail release. Ultimately I was told this is how it is by the customer service rep and nothing could be done. This is not right.

I should not be required to wait until the release of the new Dawntrail expansion to have access to Endwalker or Shadowbringer expansions as they are already available to the public. I made a valid purchase and I am being denied the product I paid for which is the access to the Endwalker or Shadowbringer expansions.

Seriously fuck you Square, I loved loved this game, and in one fight, you took all good will and praise I have for this game, and I love a good challenge, but this boss fight is so badly designed. Good job losing a life long fan

I have played both of them, and really like little two goody two shoes from square enix; it seemed like a fairy tale with dark, which is the best combination. And no one talks much about it. I really like the way it handled and it peaked, wondering if there are game like this.

I have tried depersonalization game and it looked visual novel jrpg hybrid with levels and endings stuff. It looked dark and cruel cult vibe. And it seemed good. Does anyone know about it

Anyone know what is going on with the soundtrack on EU store? It still says preorder but I thought it was supposed to come out on 10th of April? Or was that just NA?

i am logging from MY OWN STEAM ON MY OWN PC on which i played 20 minutes ago and i need to log in again every time, also when i tried to change password since it doesn't want to log in, i have to put most random things in security like my dogs name, and then when it asks me for it and i type the name it says its wrong, fix your thing ffs

This absolutely means that if you get a character to 500 luck, they will land a critical hit every single time! I'm not sure if you can actually get the luck stat all the way up to 500, but you can get pretty close w/ Cait Sith if you have the proper loadout. For this to work, we'll need:

• Two maxed out Luck Up Materias
• The Lucky Jockey ability unlocked
• The Lucky Jockey weapon ability with the Yellow Megaphone
• The Lucky Amulet accessory

Using this method, you can get Cait Sith near or above 400 luck, meaning about 80% of your hits will be critical (+20% boost). Combine this with his luck-based attacks that use one ATB meter (Roll O' The Dice and Fortune Teller) and some Strength or Magic Up Materia, and you can really start walloping enemies. Fortune Teller does completely random damage, so the more luck you have, the harder it is likely to hit!

I’m thinking of maybe going to the Square pop up shop in LA that was announced recently and I wanted to know if anyone knows what we could see there and if they are going to sell fast. If there is a high chance of stuff selling out before I get there then I wouldn’t want to go for no reason.

Hello everyone! I am at a complete loss on how to complete this side quest. In the battle arena I'm paired up against a Gigantoad, and two Jokers. No matter how much I try I can't dodge the jokers soul sucker moves, and the gigantoad is damn near impossible to take down. I'm spamming ice spells to Stagger it. But I can't deal enough damage to it due to the Jokers interrupting my attacks. So I'm pretty much a sitting duck trying to dodge that big ass things attacks. I'm level 48 on all of my characters as well as I'm up to weapon level 8.

I have the following equipment on the characters in my party.

Cloud

• Sleek Saber

• Valkyrian Bangle

• Safety Bit

Tifa

• Kaiser Knuckles

• Enhanced Garm Bangle

• Safety Bit

Aerith

• Plumose Rod

• Enhanced Garm Bangle

• Safety Bit

Can someone please help me out here on what I need to do? Is there any specific materias I need to use? Any party members in particular I should use? Maybe I'm just not a high enough level? The quest literally says to have a recommended level of 46 so I'm stumped. Any advice would be appreciated.

When Square Enix start use Unreal Engine 5 for all new games?

I really hope this era is over. They can continue focusing on bangers like Final Fantasy, retro re-releases like Super Mario RPG and Live A Live, new games for Octopath, Bravely, Mana, and Dragon Quest, and hopefully restore Kingdom Hearts IV to the glory that has been missed since KH2.

They're doing well without these odd releases that nobody ever seems to care about no matter how desperately they try to market them. Maybe we'll finally get to see a Bahamut Lagoon remake in the next few years.

(EU) Purchased Endwalker 6 days ago after coming back to the game. My account was being wierd (was locked after changing password requiring me to change password again) so checked out as a guest on the store. Waited for a while - no codes, waited longer - no codes. It has now been a full 4 business days and still no response or codes, submitted more tickets - no response.

Oh and the chat system is down becaused too many people are using it ... because that makes all the sense in the world. Lots of people need support, lets shut down support until they go away...
