I often see people complaining about how low on medipacks are, and for the life of me I can't understand how you all are having all this trouble with health management.
Is it because you are being careless when dropping from heights? Or is it the combat that's giving you trouble (for example, you're being a sitting duck)?
I have been playing these games for the past 20+ years, and I think I'm a decent player. I'm no Footi but my Remastered saves for the last levels for each game all have 30+ medipacks of each type, so I hope these few tips can help you get better at managing Lara's health and medipacks.

Hello, i just got "Lara Croft and the guardian of light" on Steam 2 days ago, and i've been trying to launch it since then with no success. It says launching on Steam and then Randomly stops, or it opens minimised on taskbar and my pc freezes and mouse cursor says loading. I've tried EVERYTHING i could find online, starting from lowering screen resolution, lowering my pc core to 4 cores, uninstalling and installing again, nothing works.
Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem pls?
My pc specs: intel i7 gen 14, 32GB of RAM, 4060 TI
I recall bad resolution and frame rate for the port.
Idk why but I somehow can’t shoot, I’m pressing my mouse buttons with an equipet weapon, and nothing happens
Some random guy saw me on next next floor through the fuckin wall? It was my NG+ run and my last save is in Security Compound oh well
I am curious if they will change anything else besides the graphic, because of the issues the original had. Like the plotholes, bugs, clunkiness etc.
I actually played it through a few months ago, and i am really curious since this game was not really well received. (I Liked it, but it's understandable)
Do you guys have any ideea how i can open this chest in cozumel i dont have any lockpick and it not let me to load this save on newgame+
I love tomb raider underworld but the dlc is only available on Xbox 360 I think is there any way one can play it on PC or something like that
I am reposting per the moderator instruction. My image didn’t load the last time. I wanted to go back and collect this relic but I don’t see any base camp. I believe it is directly behind Kulkulkans Temple.
I wanna validate everyone that suffered through Luds Gate, that yes, the underwater upv section is not only the worst part of the game, but the worst part of the entire franchise, and in my opinion, potentially one of the worst moments in gaming! It's soooo bad. Even with the remastered version that significantly increases the lightint it still sucks! And I'm currently trying to 100% all the achievements and last night I did the achievement for "The Silent World" where you have to kill every scuba diver with the horrible upv harpoons that are so hard to aim, which made it even more unpleasant. Especially since I was doing it on new game + so they had even more health than usual. Also I know this isn't related, but do y'all know how many harpoons it takes to kill a crocodile on new game +? It must've taken like 20 or something!
In these old games. TR3? 4? Later? The aiming system is stupid, you can only keep track of targets when not moving ans that makes you a sitting duck for burning all your health kits. And in 2 it is made worse by the abuse excess of mafia guys thrown at you. Then there are mandatory vehicles with controls not explained, not shown in the menu, and with changing effects. The venice boats can be boosted with a button that, on the snowmobile, fires mg.
My list in no particular order:
TR1 & TRA:
- St. Francis Folly
- Colosseum
- Palace Midas
- Obelisk of Khamoon
- Sanctuary of the Scion
TR2 & TR2 GM:
- Wreck of the Maria Doria
- Barkhang Monastery
- Catacombs of Talion & Ice Palace
- Temple of Xian
- Floating Islands
- Furnace of the Gods
TR3 & TR3 LA:
- Temple Ruins
- Crash Site
- RX-Tech Mines
- Lost City of Tinnos
- Shakespeare's Cliff
- Sleeping with the Fishes
TR4:
- Tomb of Seth
- Burial Chambers
- Tomb of Semerkhet & Guardian of Semerkhet
- The Lost Library
- Pharos Temple of Isis & Cleopatra's Palaces
- Underneath the Sphinx
TR5:
- Trajan Markets
- Colosseum
TRL:

TRU:

I hope everyone is enjoying my posts here and not getting tired of them. I'm doing an outfit showcase of every outfit from Underworld in iconic scenes from the game. We're still on the first level 🫨 it's the Bathing Suit next. The Blue Wetsuit was an Xbox 360-exclusive DLC outfit as part of the free Wetsuits pack, along with the Red Drysuit. Please feel free to share any suggestions for an iconic Med Sea scene for the bathing suit!
So, I've been stuck on this mission for about an hour now, and nothing seems to work. I lowered all my settings and changed inputs, but none of these worked for me (I've also tried mashing slower and faster).
I was watching other lets play and saw that in their videos they got another one of those times circle thingy which allowed them to stab the wolf once. And as you can see in my video that second circle thing does not pop up for me but instead just stabs the wolf on its own which bugs the rest of QTE for me. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know. Im using steam.
I can't play Rise of the Tomb Raider on PC. I played it on Xbox One back in the day, and I just replayed TR 2013 on PC with only minor issues (memory leaks causing random crashes). When I try to play RotTR, the game crashes in the 3rd scene of the benchmark or after about 15 minutes in the opening sequences. Edit: The memory leaks from 2013 were a game specific issue and not related to my hardware. The crashes also weren't super intrusive, and would not happen every single time I played the game.
First, I tried 4 different fixes to get the game working. I edited Windows registries, gave permissions to myself for a bunch of random files and applications, and as a final resort I clean installed Windows 11 Home and every single driver on my PC. None of that worked. The game still crashes in the exact same spots, and Event Viewer in Windows tells me it's because of random issues that should've been solved by the registry edits. It's never the same cause for the crash according to Event Viewer either. I'm also not blue screening when I crash, it shuts my PC off entirely (screens go black, RGB turns off everywhere including mouse and keyboard), and then it reboots quickly to Windows login.
The game doesn't even touch my computer while it's running, I have a 10 core i7 CPU and an RTX 3080 10GB GPU. I guess the game is just unplayable now on the latest version of Windows. I have no other fixes left to try, unless a genius here has an idea.
Edit: SOLVED - I had to enable DirectX 12, and that fixed all my problems. Shoutout u/E_E_Lightning for making me realize I should have tried that to begin with.
