Hey, tried to Google but didn't find anything. Can anyone direct me to a Fluoro White paint? Does such a thing exist? Or anyone have a good tutorial for a super crisp, bright, white??
kept clean of WH for over a year but i got this forever ago and decided to give it a run. wanted to do a mix of grimdark and cartoonish, came out where feels like the armour is warp touched like hell and i really like the effect.
Guys, I'm planning to 3d print Malenia, one of my favorite characters. She looks really cool, so I'm thinking of getting a 3d print of her. But I'm confused about where I can get a good 3d model, can someone drop me the link of the 3d model? Thanks!
I'm visiting my Grandma tomorrow she's enjoyed seeing my minis throughout the year, so I wanted to show her a few of them in person, but I want to make sure they're safe and won't get damaged or lost. Does anyone here have experience or advice for that?
So I’m looking for advice on how to vary the intensity of OSL. Essentially I have a model with two different points of OSL. In terms of the light they emit they are the same. However one is on top of the model and therefore the intensity of OSL effect should be washed out by ambient lightings the other is beneath the model and in shadow and so the effect should be more pronounced.
I’m just wondering how people approach this? What are the key variables for changing the intensity of the OSL effect when the actual brightness of the object remains constant?
Looking for thoughts on the eyes here. Thanks 🙏
I have some models to paint and it’s going to be too cold outside for the next couple of months to use a rattle can. I’m wondering how much of a downgrade brush on priming is and if I can get really good results or if it’s always streaky looking.
How do I get a nice and gross translucent skin on the gremlins?
I need to redo the rust and dust. It looked a lot better before I applied the matte varnish. Some of it I think looks good and I think some of it just looks messy. The purple tentacles are reading too vibrant right now. I’ll have to figure out how to temper them.
Any other help would be appreciated!
From Loot Studio, he screamed for some dark, grungy and death-ish
Had a really hard time figuring NMM out. This is my first attempt that I think looks ok. I know it's rough and I'll need a lot more practice learning how to do the reflections right but other than practicing, what can I do better?
I'm painting mostly Kingdom Death miniatures. So some are quite large, like the Dragon King. Ive been using Citadel paints. But I had to take a rather long break in between, and many of them are now no good.
So I'm wondering what you guys would recommend.
Did these Space Marines after watching Transformers One and got inspired. Based off designs from 3 years ago. Took some creative Liberties here and there, but I'm happy and my nephews LOVE them.
Some issues here and there on the bumblebee, but I'm happy with were it's at now.
