Infinity is wargame that simulates combat and special operations with 28mm scale metal miniatures. Skirmishes take place in a rich science fiction environment with Manga aesthetics. Infinity miniatures are characterized by the high quality and detail of their modeling, the dynamism of their postures and their futuristic aesthetic.
This subreddit is for all things Infinity. From the game itself, its rules and fluff, to painting the minis, making terrain, finding or organizing battles and so on.

Could anyone please help me out and assist in identifying these models?

Warhorse seems straightforward enough, but I would like to make sure I’m interpreting it correctly. Would Warhorse also negate the -3 modifier that is applied when shooting at someone in the Suppressive Fire State?
Messing around with this Vanilla list, not really interested in the sectorials or fireteams right now:

I don't personally play ariadna but I run lots of demos for new players at my local game store.
One player in question recieved a great deal of scots from his father to start his infinity journey and it broke my heart to tell him that his options for playing them are slim at the moment. Obviously proxies can be done and nobody at my LGS will say boo about that but I would like some info on the current course of ariadna.
They've lost their 2 more interesting (imo) sectorials and now they are losing USAriadna. Something has to give right? Ariadna is probably one of the weaker factions on tabletop right now, if not the weakest.
Are they going to get a new sectorial? Are they going to revive an old one? Why are they gutting ariadna so heavy handedly?
I fear my LGS very small infinity community will lose a player if ariadna does not recieve some kind of relief in N5.
Any info, even if its bad news, would be appreciated.
I’ve got big hands. They’re not abnormal or anything, but when it comes to attaching the arms on a zondcat or the heads on some of these other little things they’re just impossible. I’m getting glued to everything and nothing I’m trying to put together ends up getting put together. Anyone have any hacks or tools that makes it…even a LITTLE easier to deal with these things?
I saw some online but they where twice as much to post them as they cost lol im in the UK also if you saw the last post I cleaned up the under coat and smoothes stuff out on this dude.
Now that N5s been out a few months, is alpha striking still a big problem like it was made out to be at the beginning?
So here is the question, how does foxhole state interact with deployable cover?
Foxhole state gives partial cover in a 360° arc, courage and mim -3.
Deployable cover (Vitroferro) gives "When in silluette contact, the Trooper applies a +6 mod to their saving roll, instead of the usual +3." The caveat is "troopers claiming partial cover from this type of Deployable Terrain do not inflict a -3 BS MOD to their attackers BS attack rolls."
To my understanding this would mean that if you have a unit in foxhole state with this type of Deployable cover should get:
Is this right or is there an interaction I'm not seeing?
------------' Edit: It looks like this is wrong based on the side bar belt he Vitroferro section.
Get ready, Mercenaries! The M2 Ruleset has officially dropped with a new discord to help better connect the community. I heard once that Infinity the game was based on the creators old DnD campaign, where they had houseruled a lot of the combat systems and the world.
What I'm looking for is a 'Fantasy' setting for Infinity rules, as I really like the Infinity ruleset and would to see how it works in an RPG, but one in a Fantasy setting.
IS there anything like that out there? Has anyone here tried the Infinity RPG and talk about the combat system in that at all?
Can anyone recommend any other RPG's that are similar to Infinity to look at?
Many thanks!
Love me an urban base. Also. These are fun to paint.
Just sorting out and painting some old models and this guys gone from the app what should I use him as for vanilla pano in 4th?
Hi all.
I'm putting together an Infinity RPG campaign for my group and it got me thinking about the most interesting parts of the setting that would be good to explore.
I feel like the actual inclusion of aliens in the setting separates it quite well from other cyberpunk settings I've come across. I've not read all the RPG splatbooks yet, but I think there's potential interesting angles for exploring how Tohaa biotech or EI voodootech could influence the tech already used in the Human Sphere (such as cubes and Lhosts; the former is sort of touched on in terms of how the Sepsitor works on the tabletop).
What do you find are the most interesting things in the lore of the game/setting?
I had a few of their models earmarked, just waiting until I had more time in my schedule to try and get into everything, and now everywhere I look I can find pictures and links to models, but they're all broken, and any reddit post has been deleted along with the user.
I know their models flew pretty close to the sun, so I'm not necessarily surprised if they got hit with a cease and desist (flashbacks to eMang ripping Age of Sigmar proxies straight from Total War: Warhammer 3 before GW sued and bankrupted him with legal fees) but I saw posts as recent as 4 months ago referencing them, then I can't find much of anything afterwards.
